I purchased this item mostly for tracking steps and receiving text alerts. The step counter is inaccurate at best and each seem to function when the device chooses that it is convenient for itself.

The pedometer tracks steps based on arm movement, so wear the watch slightly higher on your wrist and ensure the sensor at the back is unobstructed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea my husband had been using this for years when I asked him if I could borrow it one day so that I could track how much ground I’m covering on my daily walk. Turns out that he’s been using this same smartwatch for years without issue. I initially gave it to him to use because he has A-fib and we want to monitor that as best we can. This watch captures data that he uses to report back between cardiologist visits. I had completely forgotten that he’s been using this all this time, and it also worked like a charm to track my daily 3.1 mile walk too. Something that still works after years of use gets high marks in my book.

I've had my iTouch Air 3 for a month. It doesn't track steps accurately. Once in a while, I completely lose steps and restarts itself. Sometimes, it sets time back to when I first bought it. I am disappointed that I spend the money on buying something that won't work properly.

I purchased mine less than 6 months ago and absolutely like the watch but yesterday the watch became unresponsive. Touch it and nothing. Will display the face when I rotate my wrist coope times but can not display anything from watch. Still monitors to my phone but watch has become a bummer. There's no buttons on watch to do displays or to menu. I'd be happy to change my review if this could get rectified because I really do like the watch but it doesn't have any use to me.

Is there a way to change the time span for the Sleep measuring feature of the watch? I see that it records from about 2150 til when ever you wake up. I normally go to sleep at about 7P
