Contacted customer service at iTouch. Not helpful at all!
I got as a gift 5 months ago. All the sudden my steps were way too high. Tried to reset it, turned off. It will not start up. Tried charging no luck.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about your watch not powering on. Rest assured, I'm here to help. We strongly recommend connecting your charger to an indirect source of power, like the USB port of an active (not idle or in sleep mode) laptop or computer. Make sure that the charging pins are properly aligned and engaged with the metal contacts on the back of the watch. Check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris and check the charging pins to be sure they are not bent or damaged. To address this, please visit the following links to learn more about how to initially charge the device: https://tinyurl.com/yme343aw and https://tinyurl.com/mr49yctc. Priced as promised.
After charging it died on me twice in one day. You also have to keep the app running on your phone to stay connected. I was assuming it was a traditional Bluetooth connection.

Waste of money
Stopped charging less than 3 months after Christmas. Of course it's past the window for a return/refund.
1 reply from iTouch Team team - 1 year ago
Hi Kimber! I understand how concerning it is to have your item stop charging so soon and be outside the return window. Let us help. If you haven't tried, kindly check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris, and inspect the charging pins to ensure they are not bent or damaged. Also, try charging the device with an active computer. Alternatively, you can use a UL-certified adapter that is not a fast charger; the output voltage should not exceed 5 V 1 A. Leave it charged for 2-3 hours. We'd like to further assist you with this issue, so please email us for support at reviews@itouchwearables.com.

Buy something better
Watch stopped charging after a month. Of course it is past the return window so nothing can be done about it. I guess we will reach out to the manufacturer.

Doesnt stay connected to iPhone 16 Bluetooth
The watch itself is great and work fine but doesn’t stay connected to my iPhone 16 Bluetooth. It seems like overnight it just drops the connection and then I need to restart the watch the next morning to connect it.

Somedays it works some days it doesn't
I got this for my husband for Christmas. On New Years I ran a 5k with a different smart watch, my husband played video games all day. Some how his step count was 6k more steps than I had in the day. So far we're not real impressed with how its working.

Hi, there. We're sorry to hear about the issues you're encountering with the watch's Pedometer. Most watches' pedometers record steps after a few moments, despite appearing not to track every step. They start counting steps after the initial 15 steps. The pedometer tracks steps based on arm movement, so wear the watch slightly higher on your wrist and ensure the sensor at the back is unobstructed. Email us at reviews@itouchwearables.com if you need further assistance.

Poor quality band
Bought the watch for my 13-yr-old son for Christmas because he wanted to track his activity and sleep. He absolutely loved it but the band broke within 2 weeks of wearing it. Probably would’ve been better buying a better quality activity watch but didn’t want to spend a lot and now I’m going to have to anyway.

syncing problems
This was a gift for my son that unfortunately I had to return. We tried many times to get the watch to sync properly to his iphone. It never recieved any texts/calls, control music or anything else as described. The only thing that worked so far was the time.

At least it tells the time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I know it's a cheap price point relative to competitors but I wouldn't waste your money on it. It's very inefficient to navigate, doesn't sync well with your phone, or give effective notifications. The heart rate monitor is garbage, never accurate. The display is ugly and when it gets wet it constantly turns on and selects things from the water touching the button

Yeah, I bought this!
I purchased the slim tracker and although it is slimmer than the other options it’s still a little bulky for my liking. But that’s just me with dainty wrists. I think most people would find it’s sleekness perfect for them. The screen part hurts my wrists while typing. Again, that’s a me issue. Haha. The charge doenst hold as long as they say, but that’s okay. But definitely wasn’t happy with the excessive packaging. It came in a plastic display case like it belongs in a museum.

Sleek design!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife was looking for a watch/fitness tracker, so I got her this. The watch is very light that you forget you're even wearing it. It is easily connected to your phone via itouch wearable app. There is 3 different watch face you can choose from. Setup and use is pretty straightforward. There is a clip on 2 pronged charger as pictured. Overall great watch while also keeping track of your health!

Like it a lot.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iTouch Active Fitness Tracker is my first tracker and I like it although I have to remember to wear it every day so that I can chart my progress. So far I have used it to track my heart rate and daily steps but it can also track your sleep, you can sync messages and music, and you can select a choice of workout or sports modes.

I Touch Active Fitness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect time to start using this watch since New Years resolutions are right around the corner. The size is perfect. Large enough to see the numbers but not bulky. It was easy to set up and use. I love the features. This is a good product.
