Hazard! Read review
Be warned! This backpack is HUGE and HEAVY and once loaded with items will tip over your stroller when attached with the stroller straps. It is dangerous. Do not recommend. Also, it does not come with the travel carrying cases that are pictured in the video. For the amount of money spent on this bag it should come with everything included. Will be returning.

Poor quality, high price
Worst bag I’ve ever owned. The zipper broke, two of them and the stitching even began to come out. When I reached to their customer service, they were no help. Told me 30 days is their warranty. But I got this before I gave birth, which many of us do, and by the time I started using it, it was past their 30 days. Basically, sorry but not sorry. Worst part I bought the whole line.

Bottom of diaper bag design changed. It was fine before.
Love how sturdy it is. Bought mine when the first version came out, which was a couple of years ago. Sadly they changed the bottom design of the diaper bag which in my opinion was sturdier and covered more of the bottom. (Pictured is the old version)

Worst diaper bag ever
I bought this diaper bag 6 months ago and the zipper broke in a few months of use. This is an expensive diaper bag so one would imagine that it would last longer. Customer service was even worse as they outrightly declined to offer any help. Very disappointed and frustrated with the overall quality and support.
