A: Hi clawbean, as an owner of this silverware it is actually not 18/0 stainless steel. More like 0/0. I've had it for about a month and so much rust.

tranished within the first year
I received this set as a gift from my wedding registry and within one year of use over half of the pieces rusted/tarnshed. We hand was the silverware and let them airdry. I would not recommend this set of silverware.

Nice looking
We recieved this flatware set as a wedding gift and it is really nice looking and has held up so far after two years. The one complaint is they are not very balanced and constantly are falling off plates and out of bowls. The handles are far heavier than the rest of the fork/spoon which is why they don't stay on/in the plate or bowl.

Love this flatware set!!
I have owned this flatware set almost 4 years and its held up great! No rusting like others have mentioned. My only complaint is the large spoons are kind of sharp on the edge, but other than that they are a great set and a dupe of crate and barrel.

Love the set however!!
Purchased the 45 piece set and loved it. Did not open the set for a few months only to find 5 of the dinner forks were missing!!!!! Very very upset this is not acceptable. Target needs to remedy this.

Rust
We had the Izon flatware set for probably five years, it's definetly not rust-proof, it started rusting maybe around the first year. Website says it's 18/0 stainless steel (18% chromium, and 0% nickel in case you/your guest are alergic to nickel). I wish I would have taken more photos before I junked the set. I got tired of seeing the rust spots on the knives and handles. Design is good, simple, easy to clean, but the when it starts rusting...

Beautiful
Even better looking in person. I’ve had my set now for about two years. I like the heft. I read a lot of negative reviews and happy to say I haven’t experienced any issues. No rust, no warping of fork tines, no spotting or staining. As another reviewer pointed out: the set seems like it should cost a lot more than it does.

Great design but rusted quickly
These are beautiful and very functional For everyday silverware. The weight is great. Sadly, after a few weeks they began to rust in our dishwasher I am disappointed.

Easily warped
I received as a gift in May and in August the fork times are already warping. Great set of silverware at first, but really poor quality. Multiple forks are having this issue so it’s not just a single set/utensil.

Great look and feel
These are some of my favorite flatware I've ever had. The round handles are very comfortable. I live right on the ocean where we get tons of salt spray and eventhough I've had them for well over a year, there's not a spot of rust on any of them. I throw them in my dishwasher to clean and haven't had any trouble. They are very sturdy and have a good weight. We entertain often and have had several compliments on them. I highly recommend!

Pretty but poor quality
I got these for Christmas, it’s now April and my knives have rust spots and the prongs on my forks are warping.

Hi Kate, we would like to explain why this sometimes occurs. Occasionally we see a bad batch sneak through our quality checking, although this is very rare, it is a possibility. Sometimes in the finishing process, minor surface defects get brushed over making it very difficult to spot when checking. These minor defects then cause trouble in the washing process. Once the surface is broken the corrosion resistance is compromised and black/brown marks or rusting can occur. If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know info@cambridgehome.com

Nice weight, edges a little sharp
This silverware has a nice weight to it, but i was hoping the stems would be rounder. The edges are very “sharp” so i didn’t care for how they felt in my hand for that reason.

Still look brand new and I’ve seen the reviews where people have said that they rusted. I’ve thoroughly tested test. Left them sitting in water for days in the sink and none of them have rusted. I use them daily and none of them have scratches or look dull. I’m so happy with the shape of these. The rounded handle makes it so much easier for me to hold. I do plan on buying a third set just so I can have an additional set on hand. The only downside to these is that they have been hard to come by at my local target.
