Q: I have purchased this refill bag twice.The first bag had a thick consistency like the normal soap dispenser. My second bag was full of water consistency. I’m not sure if the product changed or the bag has been tampered with.

A: We have Gel Hand Soap and Foaming Hand Soap Refill pouches. Our Gel Hand Soap Refill is 34 oz, our Foaming Hand Soap is 28 oz. Our 11 oz Gel Hand Soap is pictured on the Gel Refill package while our 9 oz Foaming Hand Soap is pictured on the Foaming Refill package. To work correctly with a Gel pump, the Gel Hand Soap is "thicker" while the Foaming Hand Soap is less. My assumption is the second bag is a Foaming Refill

I’ve used this hand soap for YEARS. The last few refills I purchased smelled awful! When my husband mentioned his hands stunk after washing I was convinced to throw all of the product away. If you enjoy the scent of urine-purchase this!

I'll say this, I used to love the fresh, lemon scent so much that I would actually use it from time to time to wash my face and hair! It was so CLEAN. I don't know why they chose to change the product. I emailed the company to ask them why. They didn't admit to the change, only apologized for my experience and offered a refund. But that wasn't the reason for the contact. Anyway, I DO hope there's a way for them to come to their senses and fix this. The soap smelled spoiled. I've been using this brand of soap for 15+ years, every day. Disappointed is an understatement.

This used to be my go-to hand soap for our automatic soap dispenser in the kitchen, but the most recent one I bought smells terrible. I can’t stand it. I thought maybe I had a bad batch but based on other reviews others are noticing the awful smell too. Someone said it smelled like a dirty toilet and someone else said urine. To me it smells like poop. Super disappointed and will not be buying this anymore. Now I have to find something that actually works in this automatic dispenser.

I discovered this soap after wanting a more affordable replacement for a Bath & Body Works lemon gel kitchen soap that I received as a gift. I love this product! I've been using it for years and will never switch! Great gel consistency to the soap, great smell, and overall great product. I love that it comes in these refill sizes. I just keep refilling the original plastic bottle I bought to try this soap, but you can also put in more decorative soap dispensers.

This used to be my soap of choice. I've been buying this soap for 4+ years. However it seems the formula has been changed recently. The pleasant lemon scent has changed to a chemically clean lemon smell. Not at all pleasant. I'm also starting to suspect this is now aggravating the eczema on my hand- which it did not use to! All in all, I will not be buying this brand in the future and will be looking for something else.
