Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day hand soaps are specifically made to clean and freshen hands without over drying, while also providing a special, singular scent for your home. Lemon Verbena scented soap has a light, refreshingly mild citrus fragrance. This tender herb blossoms in early summer and smells bright and new through and through. This hardworking hand soap formula contains olive oil, aloe vera, and essential oils, and thoughtfully chosen ingredients that clean and freshen hands. Made without parabens, phthalates or animal-derived ingredients and always a cruelty-free formula soap. Packaging contains recycled content. Bottle (less cap) is made with at least 30% post-consumer plastic. Also available in other garden-inspired scents and products such as Dish Soap and Multi-Surface Cleaner. I like most of the scents, but cannot stand the Lemon Verbena. Smells like a strong perfume, not essential oil. Too bad I didn't smell it before buying it. I can't use it.

I like the smell of this soap. My family uses it in the kitchen dispenser. I believe lemon is supposed to make your hands smell better after using certain food items.

This is my go to hand soap. I use it in the kitchen and all of our bathrooms. The scent is subtle, yet clean. I have dry hands, especially during the winter, and this is worth the few extra dollars to help keep dryness away.

There is no lemon smell and the gel-like consistency makes it really hard to pour into bottles with the standard size openings. It pours out as blobs and clogs the dispenser opening. Disappointed and will not purchase again.

I exclusively use this hand soap in my home. The refills will fill about 2.5-3 of the original hand soap pumps. A little goes a long way and I love the whole lemon verbena line. I just paired the hand soap with the hand lotion and its a great combo for everyday use.

I bought this, hoping it would smell fresh and lemony. Instead, it's an acrid nasty scent that I can almost taste because it's so strong. It's not worth the price for the small jug, either.
