A: Yes, I think so. I haven't washed it before but I don't see why it wouldn't be washable?????

Q: How many binders could this fit?
A: The Cross Town plus has a large capacity and can hold multiple binders. The number of binders is depends on their size and how they are packed in the bag. We would suggest looking at the bag in store and trying out a variety of binders to get the fit you think is best for your needs.
