Can't remember how long ago we got them but honestly best and only brand I would use. Out in all weather's gets covered in dust and rain, performs well great battery life. Easily lasted longer than any others used in the past. Looking to replace now after what I can guess is a couple of seasons worth of use and would buy again.
Love them!

Sound quality is ok for the price, fit is not as comfortable as other headphones. But who thought it was a good idea for the headphones to turn off when you take them out of your ear? It’s absolutely psychotic. And it’s not adjustable in settings? And your settings are not actual settings and are really just profile sets? Maybe Ted Kaczynski had a point after all

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 features a PowerHook™ design, which means the earbuds automatically turn on when you flip up the ear hook to wear them. When you take them off, the hook folds down, and this motion powers them off. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Extremely disappointed. They fit nicely that's about all that's good about them. The sound volume is horrendous. You can hardly listen to music with it probably could make phone calls or something. Generic Amazon brand we're way better I bought these as an upgrade. I don't think I'm going to buy any more JBL products anymore.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. With sound issue, reset can help resolve the issue. Make sure that the earbuds are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and connect them again to your device. Forget the JBL Endurance Peak 3 on the Bluetooth list of your source device before pairing again as reset would default all the settings of your earbuds. Our unit comes with 1 year manufacturer's warranty upon purchase. Please contact us directly for further assistance.
Great, but charging issues all the time.

Bought this 2 weeks ago, I initially liked them, but the multiple touches are not super intuitive, and cause constant issues like pausing or skipping unintentionally. But then there's the biggest issue...auto-off. these disconnect when removed from your ear so if you lose one in a rush, it's up to luck finding it, there's not even the clue of "I'm connected so Im close and can play some loud noise". Now it's either in the yard, in the car, at work, bedroom, basement, bathroom...just anywhere and gone. Then you see all these "find my buds" things supposedly in the app only to find out, the expensive headphones don't have this feature. Reccomend if you plan on using these while stationary, and at home, kind of not a good selling point for headphones

These are pretty terrible to be honest. Sound quality is the main issue. The construction is fine but the way it wraps and goes into your ear is much less comfortable than other head phones I've used. The sound though is terrible. They are very quiet and the the quality is extremely poor. The closest thing I can compare them to is the god awful speakers they use to announce trains. Very treble heavy to start with but that can be adjusted slightly with the app. Even with this adjustment it's still over all a very poor spend. Considering the price of these I would have expected a much better sound. I've had headphones that were half the price and sounded twice as good.

I received these as a gift about 10 months ago and they worked well with long battery life for a while. The left ear bud volume is now broken and stuck at a whisper. JBL support would not fix the issue. Would not buy again.

Thanks for your feedback. For your JBL Endurance Peak 3 to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the volume is imbalanced, please clean the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Great headphones that sound awesome! Upgraded from some older Beats and these are such a great product. I downloaded the JBL Headphones app and am able to control pretty much everything I need to (Equalizer, Ambient Sound settings, announcer settings, etc). Got the custom work done on it and the colors/design/stickers came out perfectly! The "Gradient" option for the earphones themselves came out exactly how I designed, from turquoise to purple! Can't say enough, looks good, sounds great!

✅ extremely secure design. will not fall out even when very sweaty and moving my head upside down repeatedly ✅ awesome battery life ✅ they're very good at detecting whether they're in my ear or not, and turning on or off automatically ❌ wish they were 20% louder. can hear myself pounding treadmill and the music playing at the gym ❌ secure design hurts after awhile ❌ design sort of "competes" for the space behind my ear with the hair i tuck in there or sunglasses ❌ sound is a little "tinny"(?) even when i put the equalizer on for bass ❌ color reminds me of compaq computers in the 90s. like light beige plastic instead of clean modern white ❌ playback controls activate siri which calls people by accident (once when earbud was on my bed, once when it was in my hand). i can't have Pause/Next/Previous without also having voice control (siri) ❔durability - time will tell

I bought these so I could listen to YouTube while working out. The ear buds connect to my phone and I can listen to my music but no matter what it would not connect to YouTube. Also, the controls on the ear buds were too sensitive and not very user friendly.
1 reply from Customer Support team - 2 months ago
Thank you for your inquiry. Normally, once the JBL Endurance Peak 3 is connected to your device and selected as the audio source, the sound should come out on it. For the YouTube app, please note that once you close the app, the music or video will stop playing unless you've subscribe to their Premium Plan. For the gestures, you have the option to turn it off on the JBL Headphone App.

Bought this less than a year ago. I did not save the receipt due to the fact that who in the world saves a receipt for headphones? But like most people say, the audio went bad. It is like a whisper of sound. Spend your money on a better product, maybe even a different brand. I was told that I do not have a receipt, so I just had to buy a new pair.
1 reply from Customer Support team - 2 months ago
This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Endurance Peak 3. We have reviewed your case, and our team has sent you troubleshooting steps for your earbuds. Additionally, the serial number you provided shows that the product was released from our warehouse in May 2023. Since there is no copy of the receipt, we base the warranty on the serial number, and the 1-year manufacturer warranty for your unit has expired. We are hoping for your kind understanding.

+ POSITIVE Good battery Clean Design - NEGATIVE Volume issues needs actual REAL buttons Questionable Design I've had my headphones for a couple of months now and at first they were great very slim to be very resistant however all of a sudden noticed one day the audio was literally half the volume that normally is. After downloading app playing around the settings, the volume issue remained. I think one day realise that the senses that's it flush on the side of your head near your ears are WAY TO sensitive and unless I press the ear phone hard against my head don't get full volume. be super careful when removing any wax from end of head phones as you'll likely remove a delicate filter.

These are probably by far the worst headphones I've ever had. They don't even last half a year before one of the two headphones start to lose volume i then got them replaced under warranty.i got The new ones and not even 2 months later. The same thing's happening to both headphones. I will not be getting these ever again
1 reply from Customer Support team - 2 months ago
We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. One of the common reasons for low volume is dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using a cotton swab of alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
