    Don’t buy

Can’t wait to get rid of these. JBL speakers are great. These headphone those are the worst sport headphones I’ve ever owned. Doesn’t block out any sound for noise cancelling while on a run or using the lawnmower. Don’t waste your money because the price seems reasonable. Spend a little more money elsewhere. I know I am soon.

Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 has an adaptive noise cancelling feature which you may customize and adjust the level on the JBL Headphones app. Also, please be advised that if surrounding noise is too loud, noise cancellation will not fully eliminate it, though it will help lessen it. If you need more help, please contact our customer support directly to assist you further with your concern. https://support.jbl.com/

I bought these ear headphones because I love all my other JBL speakers! I don't like that u have to switch modes 1 for talking n 2 listening to music and the quality is good but not loud enough I can barely hear when I'm talking on the Bluetooth they can hear me and say the quality is great I just think they're to expensive not to b able to hear very well on them I think I'm going to return them as I've only used them 2x

    Sounds

Uncomfortable fittings. Sound quality is very thin.
1 reply from Customer Support team - 1 month ago
In order for our JBL Endurance Peak 3 to fit in your ears and deliver the best sound, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Continue adjusting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. It is also best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes, until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. You may contact our customer support for further assistance. https://support.jbl.com/

    Terrible

I’ve bought two of these and both times, the right earbud stopped charging at 10% and just after the product warranty expired. They’re only good for 14 months.

    Poor battery life.

I received these for Christmas 2024. Battery losses all power after 30 minutes of use, no matter the charge time.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We recommend cleaning the charging contact pins on both the case and the earbuds using a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol to ensure a proper connection. Please make sure the pins are completely dry before placing the earbuds back in the case. Not for smaller earholes

At first they felt great on, nice and secure and the sound is good. It soon became clear I can't wear them for any more than short periods of time because they make my ear holes ache, even with the smallest caps fitted. Good, but possible made for larger male ears.

    disappointed

good at first. however, I've had this for over a year and it stopped charging. would not recommend buying.
1 reply from JBL Support team - 3 months ago
Thanks for sharing your feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak 3. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the metal contact points on the earbuds and case. However, the charging case should normally hold enough power to charge up the earbuds. If you're not seeing any light indicator on the front of the case, it's highly likely that the case itself is the root of the problem. If you need more help with your unit, please contact our customer support.

    Nothing yet

I ordered a pair of headphones on 5/18. Said it would arrive on 5/21. Today is 5/25 and nothing. I checked the tracking and all it says is the Shipping Label was created waiting pick up. At this point I just want to cancel my order.

    Works great!

I bought these before a trip and they worked great, were comfortable, and I never felt like I was unaware of what was going on around me. The main challenge I’ve had with these is getting them to properly connect with both my phone and laptop. Connection has been very difficult and inconsistent. Though I would absolutely buy them again, I would like connectivity to be a much easier process.

Worst ear buds I've ever had

Can't hear anything with these unless I'm in a silent room. If I'm outside I can hear the wind or cars driving by but no music or phone calls. I wouldn't even feel good selling these to someone to try and recoup my loss. All my skull candies have way way outperformed these

    Not what I expected

Purchased a few weeks ago in hopes of upgrading from my old JBL earbuds. Sound quality is not good. Sounds very windy like a seashell when not on am active call or listening to music. Have to force the further into ear to hear the music or call better and to eliminate the windy/ocean sound. The fit is very uncomfortable. I've tried all the sizes that came in the box, no luck. Falls out of my ear will sitting doing nothing at all.

pretty uncomfortable and touch buttons on headphones are a big no for me at this point. they trigger on anything except your finger so even if you disable the control so your not constantly having your music turned off you still hear constant beeping from the "button" getting activated and then the system constantly going off about google assistant for whatever reason
