Q: Is the pacifier magnetic? If not, does it stay in the doll’s mouth?
A: Hi, pacifier stays in doll's mouth without the need for a pacifier. We do not use magnets, due to safety concerns.

Q: Do preemie or newborn clothes fit this doll?
A: Hi, yes this preemie clothing will fit this doll. We measured the doll, and its torso is about 6" long and about 11" around its waist. Hope this helps. Alternatively, look for JC Toys outfits that fit the Berenguer Boutique Doll. Thank you!
