Extremely frustrated with target company

I placed the order for the doll baby born my first doll Annabelle the first week of December and delivery was supposed to be within two days. I have yet to receive the doll, which is what my daughter has been asking for for Christmas. Each time I check on it, it says label created December 9, but that’s all! I have been more than patient with target as this is not my first missing item this Christmas season I would appreciate someone looking into it that can make a difference and get the doll to me before Christmas!!
