A: As responded to your same question, the doll's eyes should close when she is laid on her back. Sounds like yours is not working properly. Perhaps Target will exchange it.

I bought 2 of these dolls. One with light blue eyes, one with light brown eyes. It is uncanny how their faces move and the life like sounds they make. My granddaughter loves them and is learning how to take care of them as though they were real. Just remember the (3) AA batteries.

My daughter absolutely love this doll. But it doesn’t work properly. I hate this bcus we have of course thrown away the box came in and there are no more in stock so we can’t return. The doll does not cry and sometimes her eyes will get stuck closed and is always napping. But otherwise a very cute doll.

After my child opened this present for Christmas she was in love. It is an amazing doll when it does everything it describes. Stopped closing its eyes after 2 days and won’t suck on the bottle anymore.

Stopped working the day after Christmas! My daughter is so disappointed that her gift from Santa stopped working. She fed her water and instead of the water coming making tears and wetting the diaper the water leaked through the dolls soft body so there’s a leak in some tube I’m guessing. Also the doll closed her eyes and now they won’t open again. She keeps repeating the same noise on a loop. She’s cute but a total let down. Now i to return her and she’s sold out so i don’t know what give my daughter to replace her because i also bought the walker and high chair that goes with her. So annoying!

Such a cute doll, unfortunately its mouth stopped registering the pacifier and bottle. Yes it is placed properly. She just won’t make any suckle noises or motion. She randomly cries and since her pacifier/bottle won’t register, I have to switch it off and back on. I’ll have to exchange for another one that will hopefully work. Otherwise she’s a cute doll. She’s a bit heavy for littles, just keep that in mind. Another thing that annoyed me is she did not come with batteries and there are 4 screws for the battery compartment. It’s a bit of a pain to access that area since her back doesn’t open up much and there is a rubber seal that keeps popping off.

I love the beautful doll but this is my second day with it and i am disapointed. My dolls eyes will not close and she will sleep with her eyes open. I beleive that such an expensive doll should work right especially brand new. I have not dropped her or anything so I am confused.

I really loved the doll, but had to return the first one because it wouldn’t tear up. Bought a second and eyes stopped blinking, mouth stopped functioning. I’ll be returning sadly…

Unfortunately after two days of play the eyes don't shut when she's sleeping and she randomly turns "off" and can't be turned back on until I remove the batteries and reinsert them. It is a bit pricey for being faulty so early on. My daughter really loves this doll, but is upset when the functions aren't working correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddaughter is really enjoying this baby doll. We have been having so much fun playing with her. It’s very realistic, from the crying to the burping. It teaches girls and boys how to be loving and caring. You have to figure out what is wrong with the baby to get it to stop crying. She was very relieved to find out there was a switch to turn it off in the back! She still plays with her “baby” often and I feel that it has been a good learning experience for her.
