Not 1# ground turkey

I purchased 3 one pound packages of ground turkey. Each was under a pound. The amount missing isn't huge but because all 3 were identical in weight at 14.83 ounces, tells me that it's intentional and intended to generate More revenue because most people won't measure. Shame on you for profiting on the trust that your consumers have in you

I just have to say that the associate that helped with my pick up order was amazing! I had three different orders and somehow my bags were labeled wrong so my order was all over the place. However, he was very courteous and helpful and made sure I was taken care of.

Purchased ground turkey from HEB. Meat would not break down when cooked. It was like rubber. I've never had this happen with any type of meat. If it indeed was meat

I bought the 3 pound package of the 85% lean ground turkey. When I packaged them into 1 pound packages, the third package only had 13.1 ounces. I feel ripped off.

3 lb packages not 3 lb

We have been buying the 3 lb packages for years and separating into 1 lb bags. We would occasionally be a slight bit short in the past. However, recently, every package is well under 3 lbs regardless of which store we purchased from. Very disappointing and honestly fees very dishonest and false advertising. In an age where everything is more expensive this feels like intentionally gouging your customers and trusting that there are not enough people taking the time to weigh it out so you can get away with it.

I used to buy the frozen turkey roasts in gravy, but they discontinued that product. I have been using the 93/7 lean turkey for AT LEAST 12+ years; now they've "shrink-flationed" the packaging by 20% (without lowering the price) and I get at least 50% "GOO"; the product has a very BAD smell after cooking, and the "GOO" turns into waste while cooking. I know about inflation, but do you think that your profit margin is worth losing a large percentage of your base customers??? I whole heartedly expect a response, and not one from your "bot" that says, "Hi --- We are sorry to hear about your recent experience! Our team has sent out a separate email so we can gather more information, and get this further reported." That will further infuriate your BASE!! I know you're a Hormell company, but quit this "bottom line" mentality ASAP or you will notice the totality of your actions leave you with nothing left to require actions.

Today I decided to weigh the ground turkey. I usually buy the 48oz. I bought 2 yesterday and was going to separate it out into 1 pound packages. Both packages were short about the same. That is unfortunate since I enjoyed this brand over the other one.

We've been buying JennieO for years… the last 2 packs has A TON of bone!! Literally every bite had bone fragments. This is so unsafe and I had to stop eating both meals we prey for fear of damaging my teeth.

Meat contains a minefield of bone fragments. Dangerous and unappetizing. This is a bad quality control issue. Please fix it.

My family has been buying and eating Jennie-O ground turkey for years, it is a staple in our household. After reading reviews, it seems we've been lucky that this has only been recent, but the quality has gone down. Multiple times the meat has had a bad smell prior to cooking. Looks fine, isn't close to the expiration date, and yet still smells rotten and inedible. The first time I made the mistake of thinking something was off with my nose and started a meatloaf that made our whole house smell awful for a few days. (We did not eat the meatloaf). I dismissed it as a weird one off, but it has happened more than once, and in this economy, it's not affordable to buy meat that's not consistently trust worthy.

Weird Smell

I will start by saying that I purchased SO many packages of Jennie-O ground turkey over the years. It was a staple in our home for quick and easy meals for the family. This past weekend, I purchased two DIFFERENT 3 lb. family packs from TWO DIFFERENT stores and they BOTH had this weird smell once I began cooking it. I threw out the first batch and ran to the store to get another pack thinking it was just that pack. NOPE! The second one had the SAME issue. When I contacted customer service, they refused to compensate me for the second pack since I had thrown the receipt away (it was in the garbage that I threw the half cooked funky meat in and I was NOT going to dig through the trash to get it...yuck). Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Reading these reviews, I guess that funky/weird smell is a common issue. Go figure. Won't be purchasing this brand again.

Purchased the standard ground version, and there were a lot of bones in the meat. Is there a process to remove the bone fragments? This will cause damage to teeth.

This is the third time eating this same pound of ground turkey and finding bone fragments. Didn't take a picture the first or second time because I thought it was just a fluke but after looking at reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Won't be buying from Jennie O again.

I bought a package of your ground Turkey as i always do. I made burgers for myself and my toddler. Half way through my burger there was a severe crunch. I fished out a chunk of GLASS! I am appalled and highly upset. Luckily it was my burger and not my barely 2 year old. I demand that i hear back from someone! This is outrageous. No i did not break any glass, no someone else couldn't have done it. This is unacceptable!
