Description
The JENSEN® JEP-100 AM/FM weather band radio is an ultra-compact portable unit thats great to have with you in case of an emergency. The radio has a built-in speaker and can tune in AM and FM radio stations, as well as all 7 NOAA weather band frequencies. The unit includes a built-in LED flashlight, so its perfect to have if the lights go out. Its also small enough to take with you to the beach, the ball game, or anywhere else you want to listen to your favorite AM or FM broadcast. The JEP-100 comes with a telescopic antenna, hand strap, earphone jack and operates on two (2) x "AAA" batteries (Not included). An easy and affordable way to listen to music on the go and stay informed on changing weather conditions.

Q: Purchase this radio a few months ago. About a month ago, started having issues with it. The radio dosn't stay on or when you turn it on, you start hearing noises. Isn't a radio suppse to last longer?

Purchased this radio a few months ago. For awhile, had absolutely no problem with it. Sound quality was very good and loved the flashlight feature. Then all of a sudden, the radio was starting to have issues. It was starting to go in and out (the sound) until the sound just stopped. Turned it off, turned it on. Started to make loud noises. Wasn't the batteries since they were just changed. A radio is suppose to last for quite sometime. Not just for a few months.
