Seal was broken and the box arrived damaged.

Don’t know why Target thought it was ok to deliver us a damaged/used baby car seat. The box arrived damaged and the seal was ripped open. Once the seal is broken, the company cannot guarantee its safety. Took awhile to get it resolved with customer service. As most parents know, it’s not safe to use a used car seat as you can’t guarantee it hasn’t been in an accident. It was frustrating how nonchalant they were when I was explaining to them I can’t use this car seat when it has clearly been used or tampered with.

I love the set up. We gave it to our son and daughter in law as a baby gift. Can’t wait to see them use it. It was a little difficult getting it. The first store said they had it so we ordered it for pickup and 2 hrs later they noticed me it was sold to someone in store first. So we found another one 30 mins away and got it.

We have been using this for 8 months now and love it. It is so nice to have the bassinet built in without having to purchase another attachment. After messing around with the stroller it is very easy to use. The mint latch car seat is AMAZING if you are going between several cars frequently. No need to purchase multiple bases and our daughter has seemed very content in her car seat! 1000% worth your money!

Great stroller to grow with!

We love this stroller and car seat system. It’s so easy to use and is visually appealing. It’s so nice to have a car seat that with easily click into any one of our friends or families car without a base. It folds very easily but my only complaint is that when the car seat is attached to the stroller and you want to take it off the buttons to press are awkward to press and life at the same time. Other than that we adore this more affordable “dupe” that will grow with our baby.

Love it!

I’m very happy with this purchase. The seat works great and isn’t too heavy. The stroller was easy to put together and figure out how to use. The color is exactly what I was expecting. I’m excited to put it all to use for my first child and I love the fact that I’m able to attach the infant seat to the stroller and that is reversible/adjustable.

open box/broken seal

The stroller was delivered with a seal that said it was unbroken to confirm the stroller was brand new and safety was their #1 priority. Well, that seal was BROKEN and the top of the box was open (not even retaped). I don't even know if all of the parts are in the box, let alone if it was used or tampered with. shocked that Target would send this to a consumer!

Broken Stroller - Joie Customer Service. Stroller broke after 4 months

Stroller broke after 4 months of very light use (wheel broke off). Joie customer service is horrible. They make you send broken stroller via ground shipping and then take forever to process. I shipped the stroller 12 days ago. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I got an email saying “Your replacement has been released for shipment. Please expect that in 5-10 business days.” Who can go almost a month without a stroller? The stroller seat is awkward and the bassinet feature slightly leans backwards so you can’t use it unless you are ok with your baby being slightly upside-down. The car seat is nice, but who knows what will happen to it - it hasn’t been that long.

So great until it broke

I loved this travel system so much. It’s so soft, comfortable, easy to use. The stroller rides so smooth and has lots of space. But then after 9 months, one of the latch covers came off (see photos). This was due to manufacturing issue, nothing that I did. I reached out to Joie for a replacement piece, but they want me to send in my whole car seat before they ship out a replacement, expecting me to go 10+ days without a car seat. They also didn’t tell me it’s unsafe to use the latch as-is until I asked after several back and forth emails, and they advised me to use the lap belt instead. I tried calling several times but no one ever answers. Clearly they do not put safety or families first! So disappointed because I loved this system and even recommended it to my nephew who bought it for his baby.

it is such a pain to detach carseat from stroller base especially as baby gets heavier. you have to press the white buttons and lift at the same time. if only they would have been like graco that detaches with the handle behind the carseat, it would be much easier.

Nuna dupe!

Our little one is now 4 months old. I have nothing but good things to say about this set. The latch system is FANTASTIC! It's just as safe as the base setup, but so much easier. We don't need to transfer anything back and forth between vehicles. When they're not with me, my backseat is empty without a bulky item taking up space. Can not recommend this enough!! The stroller has also been amazing. It collapses and opens SO EASILY. The amount of comments we've gotten from people seeing us use it has been somewhat hilarious. Watch the videos. It really is as easy as they make it seem. While new to the IS market, Joie has been available in other countries for some time. I believe they are a sister company to Nuna. They are genuinely the perfect dupe. Only negative I've found is that the bassinet visor doesn't extend super far. I think some other models might have an extender, but this one doesn't. I just bought a cheap after market one and it's worked great.

10/10 Quality & Affordability

This travel system exceeded my expectations. I have been taking my baby on daily walks for 2+ months and I have zero complaints. Those who say the cup holder isn’t sturdy aren’t installing it right - it only fits snugly in one spot, and once it’s installed correctly, it will hold anything. I regularly put my full 40oz Stanley in the cup holder while traveling over bumpy terrain and have never had an issue. This stroller is super easy to push and handles rough terrain beautifully. I love the way it folds and pops open- it’s so easy to bring anywhere. The car seat effortlessly clicks into the stroller, and the stroller seat folds down into a pramette. I love these features and would recommend this stroller to anyone!
