This travel system is okay.
I've been using this travel system for about four months now, and overall it's held up really well. I love the design of both the stroller and car seat—they look great, are easy to use, and the baseless car seat has been incredibly convenient for quick trips. That said, there are a few things I wish were better. The stroller doesn't handle gravel very well, which can be frustrating if you're out on uneven paths. I also wish the stroller seat had more recline positions. Right now, it only reclines completely flat or sits fully upright, so there's no comfortable in-between position for my baby. Another improvement would be a true one-handed fold, which would make it much easier to use while holding a child. Overall, it's a stylish, convenient, and functional travel system that has served us well, but it does have a few areas where it could be improved.

Awesome stroller & car seat. This is my third baby. I have used quite a few of the “big names.” This one surpasses all the others. I absolutely LOVE my Joie. I get compliments on it all the time too!

Good for 1st time mom, but hard to manage alone.
Overall I’m glad with my purchase for a newborn and first time mom, but I’ll def have to buy another stroller that is easier to maneuver. (Had this stroller for 3 months now) Carseat— I love not having to carry a car seat base & being able to clip the car seat right into the car attachments. I recently learned though the attachments are not long enough to fit in every car! Had to just use the seatbelt option in a rental & it just didn’t feel secure or very safe. Bassinet— the reason I got this stroller & don’t regret it. LOVE this option for going on walks & baby doesn’t have to be scrunched in the car seat. Stroller/Wheels — a little wonky & needs 2 hands to close. Also doesn’t secure very well once closed. Can’t close it with car seat or bassinet attached so we’re constantly removing & attaching those parts which is annoying. Taking this with us on a plane to travel this week and realized we have to purchase 2 separate travel bags for wheels/stroller and car seat. Let’s see how this holds up while traveling - will write a follow up review when I return!

Nice Stroller Minus a Few Big Flaws
I really wanted to love this stroller/car seat combo but there were a few things that I really disliked. The first is how the car seat unlatches from the stroller. Instead of pulling the lever at the back, you have to use two hands, one of either side of the car seat, to unlatch it then shift your hands to the car seat handle to carry it. It's very awkward especially when there's the weight of a baby in the car seat. The stroller frame also requires two hands to fold/collapse and I found the buttons to be sticky and hard to press. The last thing I didn't love is how many bright white Joie labels are all over both the car seat and stroller, the branding felt a little obnoxious. Besides these few things, it really is a nice quality stroller that rolls well, has great underneath storage, and has lots of different modes to use.

Seal was broken and the box arrived damaged.
Don’t know why Target thought it was ok to deliver us a damaged/used baby car seat. The box arrived damaged and the seal was ripped open. Once the seal is broken, the company cannot guarantee its safety. Took awhile to get it resolved with customer service. As most parents know, it’s not safe to use a used car seat as you can’t guarantee it hasn’t been in an accident. It was frustrating how nonchalant they were when I was explaining to them I can’t use this car seat when it has clearly been used or tampered with.

I love the set up. We gave it to our son and daughter in law as a baby gift. Can’t wait to see them use it. It was a little difficult getting it. The first store said they had it so we ordered it for pickup and 2 hrs later they noticed me it was sold to someone in store first. So we found another one 30 mins away and got it.

We have been using this for 8 months now and love it. It is so nice to have the bassinet built in without having to purchase another attachment. After messing around with the stroller it is very easy to use. The mint latch car seat is AMAZING if you are going between several cars frequently. No need to purchase multiple bases and our daughter has seemed very content in her car seat! 1000% worth your money!

Great stroller to grow with!
We love this stroller and car seat system. It’s so easy to use and is visually appealing. It’s so nice to have a car seat that with easily click into any one of our friends or families car without a base. It folds very easily but my only complaint is that when the car seat is attached to the stroller and you want to take it off the buttons to press are awkward to press and life at the same time. Other than that we adore this more affordable “dupe” that will grow with our baby.

I’m very happy with this purchase. The seat works great and isn’t too heavy. The stroller was easy to put together and figure out how to use. The color is exactly what I was expecting. I’m excited to put it all to use for my first child and I love the fact that I’m able to attach the infant seat to the stroller and that is reversible/adjustable.

The stroller was delivered with a seal that said it was unbroken to confirm the stroller was brand new and safety was their #1 priority. Well, that seal was BROKEN and the top of the box was open (not even retaped). I don't even know if all of the parts are in the box, let alone if it was used or tampered with. shocked that Target would send this to a consumer!

Broken Stroller - Joie Customer Service. Stroller broke after 4 months
Stroller broke after 4 months of very light use (wheel broke off). Joie customer service is horrible. They make you send broken stroller via ground shipping and then take forever to process. I shipped the stroller 12 days ago. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I got an email saying “Your replacement has been released for shipment. Please expect that in 5-10 business days.” Who can go almost a month without a stroller? The stroller seat is awkward and the bassinet feature slightly leans backwards so you can’t use it unless you are ok with your baby being slightly upside-down. The car seat is nice, but who knows what will happen to it - it hasn’t been that long.
