Smaller sized bag

Nice bag but to small. With a pair of shoes in it things are hard to access. Doesn’t leave room to put a hoodie in etc after you warm up. Seperate shoe compartment would be much better.

Nice Bag With Lots of Storage

Shoe storage compartment is nice. Lots of space to store paddles, balls, and clothes. Materials used for the bag seem a little thin and cheap.

Great Bag

This is a great size bag! My husband can fit his 3 paddles in it. There is a pocket on the bottom for his shoes that works well. There is also a side pocket for a water bottle. Another nice feature is the front zipper pocket you can drop your keys in. There is a hook on the back to hang it on the fence. Overall, we are pleased with this bag!

Material Faded very quickly

The front of the backpack with the Joola letters faded very quickly and the backpack now looks like it's 5 years old, even though it is 2 months old. The functioning of the backpack is nice, but it just has not visual appeal being so faded and old looking.

Good pack

I have only had this pack for a few days but like it very much. My only issue is the water bottle holder is too small for my bottle. Other reviewers complained about zippers and other issues but these were after owning the pack for a few months.

Very poor quality

I bought one and after a few months it ripped from normal use by the zipper. They replaced it with a black one and now 5 months later this one has multiple rips starting to form by the zippers. Granted I use it almost daily since I play daily but I take good care of it and only have 1 paddle, my laptop, sneakers and a water bottle in it but it seems it doesn’t do well with regular use if it’s even slightly heavy. When they replaced my first one they said they thought the defect had been fixed but now I have to start another annoying return process since they don’t make that easy either.

JOOLA Vision II Deluxe Backpack - Pink.

I absolutely love my bag. Just the right size and enough pockets. 4 stars only because the side mesh pocket is not big enough for my large water bottle. And it’s slanted in a way that a small bottle would fit properly. Another negative is that the paddle or laptop pocket isn’t thermal lined like the tournament bag. That’s a big miss.
