Description
Judees dry cellulose powder or methylcellulose, is great for strengthening edible icing, glaze, and buttercream frosting or cake frosting. Works as an bread improver for baking and chocolate pastry by helping with frozen dough. Add to white fondant to make clear arabic gum paste and edible luster dust. To make flower paste for flowers on cakes or as thickener to meringue powder for royal icing. Also can be used to make pastillage or top on confectionary sweets. Essential to making gluten free food dough easy to handle when shaping and decorating.
