The cage is sturdy and roomy but there was a defect where a screw hole was not drilled completely through leaving one side disconnected. I tried reaching out to Target who told me they will reach out to Karl Inc. the third party seller who they admit isn’t responsive yet they still allow them to sell through Target.com. They did not respond and I emailed them directly and they also are unresponsive through that method. Although the cage is nice this company does not deserve to have our money if this is how they conduct business. I desperately needed it for the weekend and that’s why I haven’t returned it.
