What happened to the flavor of this? It was one of my favorite cereals and around a month or so ago it disappeared from the grocery store shelf. Then it came back and it's just.... different? It's less chocolate-y. I don't know, it's more bland and not as flavorful. What happened, lol

The new formula is horrible. I thought the cereal was past the expiration date or maybe the bag had a hole in it. It is nothing like it was, plus the box size shrank. Too bad, it was the best healthy chocolate cereal.

I find it incredibly interesting that Kashi changed their recipe and then proceeded to erase reviews noting how terrible the new recipe is and how it tastes awful. All I see are newer reviews and of course they’re incentivized. That’s not very honest marketing. this Cereal was much better before they changed it. It seriously tastes awful, stale, and incredibly tasteless now. Save your money.

Kashi had a great product, but changed the recipe and received a slew of negative reviews. Since then they removed all the bad reviews. The new product taste terrible, but instead of addressing the issue, they modify their review page - great corporate play. Someone messed up - own it. However, there is a solution - Quaker has a cereal named "Protein Granola Oats, Chocolate & Almond" that is not bad. Does not compare to original Kashi - but much better than the new Kashi recipe.

There was a good crunch to the cereal, and I love the inclusion of protein and fiber. Soy flakes is the first ingredient...I'd love to see something else used, since soy's isoflavones may affect hormones.

It’s become more of a treat than a breakfast but this much protein and fiber has brought me back to my cereal breakfasts! The texture is of course a bit different but nothing I can’t get used to!

And whats good about this cereal we're it contain 10 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber which is good for our body. I love the packaging of it. It's very nutritious and i would buy and recommend this cereal.

There were about 30 bad reviews for the cereal and Kashi removed nearly 100% of them. I have been following the reviews as they stack up with negative comments, hoping the cereal would go back to its original formula. Zero integrity. The cereal is officially worthless. It tastes horrible. The size of the box is smaller. The price is increased. My family would normally buy 2-3 boxes per week. We all agree, it is now YUCK! Keep it on your shelves. Definitely not buying.

I think that this cereal would be a great breakfast or light snack. I love that it’s full of protein and fiber. While it is chocolate flavored, it isn’t very sweet, so for me it isn’t a snack that would curb a sweet tooth. The cereal was very crunchy and stayed crunch even after being in milk for the duration of eating the bowl. It was a little dry, so I found myself needing to use more milk than I usually do for cereal.

It’s not terrible, but I don’t think I will go out of my way to purchase this when it’s all gone. We try to stay away from soy, and it has soy in it. Kinda annoying.. but it’s better than some of the other cereals out there, that’s for sure.

The package contains 16oz and enough for a week. The texture is crunchy and chocolaty, which was good for crushing my chocolate cravings. This cereal is vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified, which i appreciate. One con - it's just not sweet enough or very muted in taste for my liking. I know it's a healthier option, and I will definitely say it's a good product.
