You can feel the taste of honey. I don't really like too sweet cereals, so these are perfect for me. The packaging is convenient, you can close the box on top after opening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I LOVE Kashi. No, I mean my obsession with Kashi could be deemed crazy by some. That's why when I had the chance to try this Honey Toasted Kashi I was over the moon! Unfortunately, this is not my favorite. It pains me to say this, but it had a slight chemical taste that isn't overly pleasant. Since I have 4 different boxes of Kashi open at the moment, I can honestly say I've never experienced a flavor like this. At first glance, this is positively adorable with little circles and hearts as the shape. I noticed a bit of a "flavor dust" on the actual pieces...not sugar, but maybe honey powder? I always eat cereal without milk...I like the crunch, so as far as texture, this product is definitely getting high marks on the crunch factor. Since I snack on Kashi, I was happy that whatever the "dust" was on the little cereal bites, it didn't leave my fingers sticky (always a plus). The flavor was...sort of like pancake syrup and chemicals. My first thought was, "I think it's ok...let's try more." After having more I read the ingredients to try and pinpoint the chemical flavor. I never truly concluded what was causing that taste, but what I did appreciate was the fact that it's made with whole grain oats and NOT wheat (unlike the other boxes I have open at the moment). While I would say this is designated GF or for those with celiac, if you try to avoid a lot of gluten this could be a good option. While I was enamored with the flavor, it was not the worst cereal I've ever eaten and the fact that it has 4g of protein and is made with oat flour, I will eat it. Will I buy it again? Truthfully? No. If you're interested in the Kashi line, I highly recommend Chocolate Waffle Bites, Whole Wheat Biscuits Cinnamon Harvest, Whole Wheat Biscuits Berry Fruitfuls, Organic Chocolate Clusters, GO Protein and Fiber Cocoa Clusters ... this one, Honey Toasted, is a miss for me.

I love that it has 6 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein in every serving. The sugar could be a little less but I think that adds to the delicious flavor!

Honey flavor is very faint but tastes like good quality. I know it's a small thing but I love that there are different shapes of circles and hearts in the bag :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crazy how all these years I passed by these thinking they’re just a knock-off brand so therefore not as good. I read an article recently where they reviewed several brands of O’s cereals, including the well known brand. This was the winner!! So, of course I had to see for myself. Holy Wow…every bite had me wanting more. The taste and texture are superior. They stayed crisp in milk.. I didn’t have to inhale them to avoid mushy cereal. Reasonably priced. Buy two…there isn’t enough in one box. I often eat cereal for dinner or bedtime snack. A box wouldn’t last me two days probably. Healthy. You don’t need to pay ridiculous prices for trendy cereals that make you feel like you’re eating the cardboard box. These are delicious!

One of my favorite. Goes good with a banana, chai seeds, flax seeds and almond milk.

I was extremely surprised to see how much iron is in this cereal. I give to my 6 year old and assume the serving size is for an adult. I already give my child iron supplements so if I’m not careful he may be getting too much iron because one cup is 60% of the daily value. He does love this cereal. I think it needs to be stated somewhere on the box that it’s high in iron. There is no mention of it.
