Made some great Thanksgiving dressing!

I used these plain GF stuffing cubes to make my dressing this year. First of all I want to say how much I appreciated the flash sale that Katz ran to help us out this Thanksgiving! I always make a large dish of it (since I love good dressing!) and the sale was very helpful. Maybe even more importantly though, I felt like this was the best dressing I'd made in a long time, maybe ever. I added chicken broth, celery, onions, poultry seasoning of choice (Spice Island), and a touch of coriander. It was delicious!!! I was thrilled especially after 2 of my desserts didn't turn out well. I'm not the best or worse cook, but let me tell you these stuffing cubes made turning out a wonderful dressing super easy. And Gluten Free stuffing cubes are not easy to find - especially the plain unseasoned ones. Highly recommend these to anyone wanting a fabulous dressing/stuffing!

Like mom's

The recipe on the box looked great but I didn't have all the ingredients. I added celery, onions and spice package from a Katz GF Seasoned Stuffing Mix. The bread mixture from the 2 mixes was a nice variety. Tasty side dish for Thanksgiving dinner.

First Time Stuffing

I love Katz Products but was not happy with the stuffing. It was very dry and crumbly. No matter what I did it would not get moist. I am sorry.

Better instructions?

There were no instructions on the box, only a recipe for a different kind of stuffing. Sort of followed that recipe and deleted the non relevant parts, but a plain recipe would have been helpful. I ordered these plain ones because my family has certain spice and seasoning sensitivities, still wound up a little plain tasting and dry despite what I added in. So overall ok but not great.

Expectations were high

I ordered because, obviously I'm gluten free, and wanted a stuffing substitute for thanksgiving. My expectations were high. The flavor was good, but texture didn't meet my expectations.
