    Disappointing changes

    The past three boxes I have purchased have been extremely disappointing! Product is so hard, doesn’t even soften up in milk! Tastes different, too. I emailed the company and was sent a coupon for replacement, but the replacement box was the same—hard and weird tasting. Time to look for a new cereal. Pretty sad after eating for 60-plus years!

    I don't like the fact that most of the sugar was taken out of the flakes. I used to love them growing up but now they are not as good. The sugar was what made them Great!! Bring the original back!

    Hard flakes

    Something has changed with this product. It used to be crunchy, but now it is so hard. It's been happening for at least a couple of months across different boxes and different supermarkets. Not good anymore.

    Not good

    Too sweet. Too hard. Also, Kellogg's commercial showing a close-up of the face of a man who needs a shave, shoveling a spoonful of cereal in his mouth, makes me vomit. Whoever made this commercial should be fired. Anyone including me could have made a better commercial.

    Not the same anymore—more like "Light" Frosted Flakes 🥣

    The flakes in this cereal are no longer coated in sugar like they used to be. The flavor is much lighter on the sugar, and the flakes themselves are thinner. Because they are so thin, they get soggy way too fast once you add the milk. Instead of Frosted Flakes, they should call them "Light Frosted Flakes" now.

    Hard as rocks

    My household loves frosted flakes we can go through a box in 2 days normally. This last box the pieces are thicker and they are hard as rocks. They dont get softer when soaking in milk either. Its not just a couple of pieces its the majority of the bag. We had to stop eating them because we were worried we would break or crack a tooth.

    HORRIBLE!!

    They have been absolutely ruined! They should just be corn flakes. No frosting on the flakes. Extra hard flakes in the box that can damage your teeth. The quality of old is just not there anymore.

    Too hard

    I used to love Frosted Flakes, but something has definitely changed. The flakes are much harder and seem almost burnt. It’s not the sugar—the flakes themselves are so hard that they actually hurt to eat. I’ve seen several other reviews mentioning the same issue, so it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one noticing it. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying them again.

    Your Legacy

    I am 70 yrs old. I have eaten Frosted Flakes since I was old enough to eat cereal. I fed Frosted Flakes to my children, my grandchildren & my great grandchildren. I’m sort y to say we must now part ways. You have destroyed Frosted Flakes. These thin, soggy, wilted no crunch snowflakes you now have in a bag are useless. The taste is not even the same & I'm ashamed of you! I now have to put you on boycott with my family, something we all grew up with. Watching & reading about sports idols while eating our cereal. You were a great mainstay. Your dynasty, reputation & legacy is now severely ruined. I want a refund !!!
