Description
Add a layered look to your windows with the Double Curtain Rod Conversion Kit by Kenney. Layering curtains gives you more control over how much light to let into your room throughout the day and provides more insulation during colder months. The Double Curtain Rod Conversion Kit includes a back telescoping steel curtain rod and double rod brackets with mounting hardware to convert your existing curtain rod into a double curtain rod. The brackets project the front rod 5 inches from the wall and the back rod 3 inches from the wall. The included curtain rod in black, nickel, pewter, or oil rubbed bronze finishes, adjusts from 42 inches to 120 inches to fit your window. To layer, place decorative curtains on the 5/8" diameter front rod and sheer curtains on the back 5/8" diameter rod. Use in your bedroom or living room to hang light to medium weight curtains. Curtain Rod Conversion Kit Includes: one telescoping steel back curtain rod, two double rod mounting brackets, one center support, screws, drywall anchors, and installation instructions.

2 rods in the space of 1
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My room gets so much sun that I need a black out curtain but I also wanted a much prettier curtain to hang in front of it as well so this double rod conversion kit was the perfect rod for my situation. The only thing that would have made it better is if it came with 2 rods instead of just 1 since it is a double rod kit but I was able to find another rod that went well with it. It was easy to hang up and seems sturdy enough to hold both curtains and rods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since we moved in here, I've wanted to be able to use the curtains that my mom gave me as a housewarming gift. Unfortunately, this place wasn't equipped for them, and I could only use one type of curtain at a time. I was hesitant to put up a conversion kit just because I'd never done it before, but this worked great and was pretty easy! I completed it in about two hours, but that also includes time I stopped to eat pizza :) and now my curtains in my living room look great! Yay!

The Only difference is this gives you two spots to hang multiple curtains, the layer look. Simple install simple to use . Yeah it’s more dimension then just a single curtain .

The Perfect Accessory
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large picture window with two side windows next to it and this rod with great. I could have shears and black out curtains. Easy to hang and the Rod does not takeaway from the curtains. Only three pieces to hang with two rods which all sit in the rod holder. So glad to have this because the sheers have their on Rod & the Blackout curtains have their own Rod. And the curtains are not Squeezed together.
