Q: How do you open the bottom? I've been trying for so long im about to just throw it away
A: Used a quarter, turned it in direction of arrow and it easily popped off. Removed the plastic over battery, then reattached. Turned on and works great!

Use a quarter to twist the battery compartment counter-clockwise to open, and ensure that you continue twisting the cover until it fully comes off. I hope this helps. - Emma

Q: What kind of replacement heads are used for this toothbrush?
A: Hello Josh, not sure if it is just me, but I tried Philips Sonicare for Kids 3+ and 7+, and adault Philips sonicare click on head, none of them fit this brush. Could you give detailed item that work?
