Best moisturizing lotion. Definitely a product I buy repeatedly.

My dad has insanely dry hands that crack and crust and his elbows also get very bad. I’ve tried many different types of lotions and they help, but don’t make it really go away. He hates lotions that are too greasy and don’t absorb quickly. I decided to try this lotion and he used it regularly and it really helped manage his dry skin in the winter. Never heard a complaint about it being greasy! I recommend!!!

I really like this hand cream. I needed something for daytime use that actually helps with dryness but doesn’t leave my hands feeling greasy. Most other hand creams are too heavy and make it hard to go about my day. This one strikes the right balance - hydrating but not sticky or slippery. I can use my hands normally right after applying

I am in kitchen and using detergent all the time, and this cream absorbed well into the skin, feel comfortable using it. I am interested in to see if this cream will work in the wintertime

This product is a game changer! I have sensitive skin and have been using it for years without any issues (cracking, dryness, allergies). The salve goes on smoothly and is absorbed well into the skin. It leaves a lasting feeling of moisture to your hands without being greasy or gross-feeling. It has a faint herbal scent to it, which I personally enjoy.

As a catastrophe adjuster, I’m constantly using and washing my hands, so I need a hand cream that truly delivers long-lasting moisture and protection. I had high hopes for the Ultimate Strength Hand Salve given its reputation, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Even with consistent use, my hands remained dry and visibly ashy throughout the day. The texture felt thick but not deeply hydrating, and I found myself reapplying more often than I expected. For the price and brand, I anticipated better results. While it may work for those with mild dryness, it just didn’t hold up to the demands of my job and frequent handwashing. I’ll be continuing my search for a product that actually heals and protects hardworking hands.

Texture is thick and creamy without it being watery or leaving hands sweaty like after applying, the cream absorbs and gives instant moisture with a mini glow! She’s expensive because she knows her worth and work! Love this but the scent … is strong mint like. I’ve been told it smells like foot powder, like icy hot ect but the scent fades! Don’t let that be a deal breaker because she works wonders. I absolutely hate my hands I have dry wrinkly hands for being 30 and this lotion brings back life into my hands!

This is a highly moisturizing hand cream. The original has a slightly medicinal fragrance, but it’s not bad. Even though this is a hand cream, I love putting this on my feet after exfoliating and keeps my feet soft and moisturized.

This is a great product. It dries fast and is not oily. It absorbs very well into your skin. It’s really helped my dry hands and I recommend it.

I worked in the medical feild for many years and id wash my hands after every patient (there were no gloves back in the day) and always used hand cream too. Well a few years ago a friend gave me this hand cream as a gift and since then I am never without it.
