Sad change.
I get these bars by the case (5 boxes per case) and am so disappointed to see the case I just purchased is the “new formula”. The flavor is not a good change! Where can the original formula be found?

We tried but nope
We have been eating PB breakfast bars for years. This new iteration ruined them. The switch to soy for “protein “ made the taste awful, dry, hard . We wanted to be fair so tried to boxes and compared them directly and just no to new ones. We have been trying to buy the older version as we can find them. And trying to find a similar substitute. It’s incredibly frustrating. It was amazing how fast our local stores replaced them.

New Formula is Bad
The new PB bar formula is not as good as the original as many have already stated. They seem to also have shrunken in size. No longer a fan or consumer of your product.

Buy no more since recipe change
Used to buy these and have one daily. Something about this new recipe is subpar and causing an allergic like reaction where the sides of my tongue swell. Can’t buy them anymore. Same with the chocolate. I’ll pay more for a better product but won’t stay loyal to one that cuts corners.

Terrible taste and hard as a rock!
The change to the Breakfast Protein bars was a terrible move by Kind. These used to be my favorite breakfast item. I need to find a new breakfast go to. These taste awful and are hard as a rock. I’m so sad I can’t find the original breakfast bar anywhere.

Peanut butter bars changed for the worse
I just purchased the new peanut butter breakfast bars but they are much worse than the originals that I bought on a very regular basis. You can hardly taste the peanut butter in addition to the size being smaller. Recommend you bring back the original recipe and the original size. I’m changing to other snack bars unless something is done.

New Formula Gets Extremely Poor Rating
We have been purchasing Kind Breakfast Protein Peanut Butter Bars for years and I would give the New Formula 0 stars if that was an option. The bars are lacking in flavor due to the dryness and texture can only be described as "hard as a rock." Nutrition and ingredients list indicates mixed tocopherols for freshness, which obviously is not happening. Packaging remains airtight leading one to the conclusion that the New Formula is AWFUL.

Insultingly Bad
These are laughably bad. Tiny, dry, chalky, you can barely chew them. Did Kind really think anyone would enjoy this "new formula"? Do you dislike your customers? I'm disappointed, this was my go-to breakfast bar before my physically demanding job. Never buying this trash again.

Hard, no taste and not enjoyable.
I usually have either the Apple Cinnamon or the Chocolate protein breakdown bars and the are excellent. These new formula peanut butter breakfast protein bars might just be the worse breakfast bars I ever had. These bars are very hard and difficult to bite into and I was actually concerned I might damage a tooth. These are no where near the softness, texture and taste of the other Kind bars I have tried and have been using for the last few years. These may actually just end up in the trash.

“New Formula” is absolute trash!!
These used to be the best breakfast bars that I ate with my coffee every morning. The new “Breakfast Protein” formula is absolute trash. They taste horrible, are very dry and rock hard. Nothing like the old bars that were soft and delicious. Kind please get a clue and stop sacrificing the quality your brand was built upon for cheaper inferior ingredients that increase your margins. I’ll never buy another Kind product again knowing this is the direction the company is moving towards.

Bring back the ORIGINAL, non-protein bars
BRING BACK THE ORIGINALS!! They were the perfect snack bars. The protein ones taste worse and introduce extra ingredients that some people can’t have (i.e. soy). Keep a separate product line for protein if you want, by all means, but there’s no need to ruin the single greatest snack bar of all time by replacing it with that dry, chalky monstrosity…

Peanut Butter Heaven
These are my go to bars when I’m travelling or going on hikes without time to stop and have a real meal. They keep me full for long and have a delicious peanut butter flavor for anyone that loves PB as much as I do! They are soft and not messy to eat on the go.

Original formula = best formula
This original formula is so much better… these are my daily breakfast… please bring it back! Hard to find this original formula and old stock “best by” dates rapidly approaching. I avoid soy protein and the all new KIND products seem to have added it. :(

Absolutely awful! Used to love these and they were eaten every day for breakfast but the new formula SUCKKKKKS! They are smaller, hard, and have less peanuts. Why did they get changed in the first place? Who asked for this?! Do not buy, they are not the same and absolutely inedible
