I hate this pillow. I’m a restless sleeper and this thing crinkles when I move it and it does not feel like my old down pillow, at all.

I never leave reviews, but after realizing my favorite pillows have literal Reddit threads and lore behind them, I had to test it myself. It somehow feels too fluffy/stiff and too soft at the same time, and it’s missing that gel-like feel the old ones had. I originally bought 4 back in 2020–2021 and my family started stealing them. They just now started to flatten after years of use. BRING BACK THE “MADE BY DESIGN” VERSION!!! They were $16

I've bought these many times the past few years for my house and for my boyfriends house. They use to be $8 and were amazing now the quality has gone way down and the price keeps climbing. So disappointing

This pillow is AMAZING!!! Now buying several more - most comfortable pillow at a reasonable price I’ve found in decades!!!!! Love it!!!!

As many are saying, but apparently you aren't listening, please bring back the Made By Design version. This pillow is horrible. I returned it.

I bought two pillows. One became somewhat deflated while the other is inflated with air and too high for my neck and head. So strange.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this used to be a great pillow. The new version of this pillow is one of the worst I've ever used. There is nothing to it. It weighs about a third of the old version. Not even sure it qualifies as a pillow.

Bought bc it felt soft, but when i used it, it sinks ur head all the way down, feels like theres no pillow at all. Also the cover of this pillow is very rough and makes noises when you move😭 I cant stand it

Only have had it a month. At first I thought that I would have to return it because It didn't seem like it at the store but when I laid on it, it was very poofy. I either got used to it or it just went down a little bit from using it. I think that's what happened. I haven't had any pain in my back or neck. I will be buying it again if it's still available when I need a new one.

NOT SAME. What happened to item 025695971640. It was a $16 pillow. My kids stole 2 from me. My nephew wanted one. Now I need another. Why would you get rid of such a great pillow. That's what everyone is looking for and complaining about!! Do better! Worry about your customers instead of advertising. Why is this so hard!!? Listen to your customers.

I do not like a pillow that stiffens my neck and makes my ears hurt when in one spot too long. Too thick for my liking!

Great pillow- lasts about 6-8 months and then I get a new one.

Some of the best pillows I’ve owned so far. I love how the packaging has a meter on it as well. These pillows bounce back unlike any other pillow. I’ve slept on. For $15 each this is definitely a bargain.

I don’t want to be dramatic, but this may be the perfect pillow? I was in desperate need of an upgrade as my old pillows were flat and offered no support. I woke up regularly with a stiff neck and shoulders. So I made my way to Target and was that person standing in the pillow aisle hugging and squeezing all of them until I found this one. To me, this is the perfect combination of plush but firm. Bouncy but holds its shape. I’m predominantly a side sleeper, but also sleep on my back and stomach. I don’t discriminate. This pillow seems to work no matter which way you sleep. It’s plush enough to completely cradle my head and neck, but firm enough that it doesn’t go flat at all in the night. It’s honestly amazing and feels like a cloud. For $30, I upgraded my entire sleep experience and it has been wonderful. I get excited to get in bed at night. Highly recommend!
