I was excited getting this automatic milk frother attachment with my espresso machine. The convenience of it sounded great. I planned to leave the frother attached during the week, but maybe use the wand to work on latte art on the weekends when I have more time. The biggest problem I have with this frother is lack of temperature. Even with the water temp turned to high on the espresso machine, the hottest the milk will get is 120F. I am no barista, but a Google search reveals that the milk should be warmed to 140F-155F. What you end up with is a lukewarm drink. I want a hot drink. I have confirmed with KitchenAid that there is no way to increase the temperature. As far as frothing the milk, it does a sub-par job of that as well. Some bubbles are added, but not the nice creamy bubbles you get from a coffee shop. Adjusting the knob for the amount of froth does not do a whole lot. Too far to the left and it spits milk everywhere but still does not add much foam. I have tried to get the knob positioned as far to the left as I can without spitting, but the foam is barely there. After less than a week of use, I have put the frother in the cabinet where it will probably stay for the next few years. On the bright side, although the wand is not great, it is not hard to learn to use it to make hot, foamy milk. It might not be the best micro foam for latte art, but it is nice and hot with enough foam to try to attempt a design on top of your drink. Save your money and skip this frother. It does not heat milk to a proper temperature, plus it really doesn’t save any time by the time you assemble, fill, disassemble and clean the attachment. Just use the wand and you will have a superior drink with no more effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, now I have frothed milk and thought that would be enough. It's not. Now I find myself with the urge to be able to make it into a cute heart. Capitalism never ends. Signing up for a latte art class.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid Automatic Milk Frother Attachment is so simple to use. It locks into the side of the Kichenaid Espresso Machine and works in conjunction with it. In order to release it, just push the release button. It's fairly easy to clean. I use this attacment when I plan on making more than 1 cup of something and also if I'm making hot chocolate or powdered cappuccino's. The hardest part is trying to figure out your perfect setting. The tank can be stored in fridge for next use with leftover milk or creamer. It's the perfect addition to my Esspresso Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my KitchenAid Espresso Machine, so I was pretty excited to see what the Automatic Milk Frother Attachment would add to my coffee experience. Unsurprisingly, it integrates perfectly with the Espresso Machine, both in look and function. It has certainly added versatility to an already great machine, and I’m very glad to have it. First off, the Frother was very well packaged, arriving in perfect condition. It has a nice solid feeling to it, and you can tell the components aren’t cheaply produced. After a quick read of the instructions, putting together and rinsing, it took about 5 minutes before it was ready to go. It attaches firmly and easily, and too, it is easy to disassemble and clean, so there are no headaches on that accord (something that plagues lesser machines and components). As all my KitchenAid equipment (my mixers, microwave, and refrigerator) are still trucking along as new, I have no doubt both the Espresso Machine and the Automatic Milk Frother will be making my mornings pleasant for many years to come. The Frother is simple and intuitive to operate, and the directions are very clear if you aren’t already familiar with similar devices. Before the Frother Attachment, I alone used the KitchenAid Espresso Machine, but now because of the added versatility of the Milk Frother, my wife and college age kids now can use it to make their preferred drinks as well, quadrupling the machine’s usefulness. My only minor quibble is that we do find it hard to get the temperature of the milk just right. We’d prefer it were more specific in this regard, though my children have certainly perfected it more quickly than we parents. Still, even despite this, we are very pleased with the Frother Attachment, and because of KitchenAid’s legendary longevity, I know we will have plenty of time to get better acquainted, so we can produce even better drinks, and make getting out of bed in the morning (or staying up late) that much more bearable. We do indeed recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This milk frother looks great, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to actually froth any milk. At the moment it just spits out hot milk and a lot of steam. The dials don't seem to do much, unfortunately, so perhaps its a settings issue that I haven't be able to fix yet - I'm not sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend and I make espresso late's every morning and had always used hand help frothers that required holding in milk for an extended period of time, trying not to make a mess, and getting less than ideal results. This product has truly increased our quality of life. We experience the benefits every single day and save time and effort while getting an extremely high quality result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frother was easy to attach to the main unit. It is also very easy to use and does a great job. It adds to the Espresso experience. It doesn't take long to get the job done and it much quieter than I was expecting. It is easy to clean up as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up a KitchenAid Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine and had to have the automatic milk frother attachment as well. This is a must have and will give you the authentic taste and appearance of a high priced fancy cappuccino or espressos from France. A must for the espresso machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paired his Kitchenaide milk frother with the Kitchenaide semi automatic espresso machine. The milk frother is perfect flavor bombing my favorite espresso drinks. It makes the fancy drinks I can get at the expensive coffee places. Only drawback I can see on this product is that it seems like it takes a while to set up and make the actual drink in my opinion. Otherwise it perfectly pairs with my espresso machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple and easy to use. Seemed daunting at first, but with this being detachable, it’s easy clean up. I can store leftover milk in it by unattaching and putting in the fridge, or putting the hose directly in the milk jug. Several components, but easy to use and maintain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Milk Frother attaches to the KitchenAid Espresso Machine easily. It took me a few minutes to get the hang of using it, but it is fairly effortless once you know what you are doing. It works great on dairy milk, but I didn't have as much luck with my oat milk. Nevertheless, I feel pretty fancy sipping my frothed espresso drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this add on feature to make our lattes at home! It looks a little confusing at first but after reading the directions we had it up and running. I love how you can connect this attachment and make everything all at once instead of steaming your own milk. So far we are really enjoying this attachment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Automatic Milk Frother attachment is the perfect “sidecar” option for your KitchenAid Espresso Machine and it’s sleek design compliments your espresso machine. The frother holds plenty of milk (whatever type) to make and create plenty of cappuccinos. It’s easy to use, heats up quickly and cleaning is a breeze. You will be able to achieve the creamiest and richest frothy foam comparable to any coffeehouse around and you’ll be saving a bundle too! The frother is made of high quality material. There are two compartments, the front portion to hold your accessories and the back portion to hold the milk for frothing. I do recommend this optional frother attachment!

It’s pretty easy to use and fits easily into the main machine. It’s not too loud and creates beautifully foamy milk for the perfect lattes or steamed milk drinks. A must for any coffee drink addicts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Automatic Milk Frother Attachment is very easy to operate and clean especially for someone who has never used one before. I have made several lattes so far using the Kitchenaid Espresso machine and milk frother attachment that tastes better than store bought. I cannot stress enough how important it is to run a hot water cycle through the milk hose after use to prevent mold growth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Kitchen Aid espresso machine for a couple weeks and use it almost every day! I've wanted something like this for a while now and it is so easy to use. The milk frother makes the milk so creamy and adds the perfect balance to your coffee. You can even use it for your hot cocoa! I am far beyond impressed with this machine and highly recommend it!
