The temperature and amount of foam options are great and were what really excited me about this frother compared to all the other ones I’ve tried. I also like the larger capacity of this frother. The foam is great and on the highest temp is very hot, however the dealbreaker was the fact that it takes 8 minutes to run either temperature’s cycle for the lesser foam option. That’s so long.

This milk frother is awesome. I’ve only frothed whole milk in it so far, but it is so beautiful and silky when it’s done. I want to drink lattes even more than usual, which I already have 2-3 a day. I got 1% milk to try, as it’s what I usually use, so I hope that froths as well.

Absolute waste of money. The little round frothing whisk went missing almost immediately, and you can’t order a replacement. We tried a couple of whisks we ordered online, and they didn’t fit. So it has sat on the counter useless since Christmas. This item was unfortunately recommended on a Today Show segment, which is why it seemed like a reliable choice. But they are all show and no support. Get yourself something from a reputable company that stands behind their products and offers replacement parts.

It's versatile and this design makes it safer to wash. I destoyed my last milk heater by getting water in the base... One drawback is that it takes quite a long time to heat the milk. The other is the handle is flat and it hurts my hand. Hopefully they will round the edges on the next model.

I bought this via Amazon and needed a replacement whisk. Customer Service advised me just to buy a whole new unit. So I would need to spend $50+ dollars on the heating unit and another jug just to replace the whisk.

Throw it away. Save your money and get something that works properly. This thing turns off from it's 'safety' every 5 seconds. You have to stand there and start it every 5 seconds.

I love it...up until it stops working. The first one lasted almost a year before it started making grinding noises and then would stop frothing halfway through the cycle. The second one did this same thing, but within a couple months. Come on Instant Pot, quality control!

I LOVE this little gadget... when it works. Easy to use, easy to clean, does it's job BUT after a few months it began periodically shutting off mid-use--all lights flashing. So, if you set it up and walk away, you come back to a drink that is not heated as expected. The problem is not consistent and I cannot troubleshoot what triggers it. Need to replace and cannot decide whether to give it another try b/c in theory it's a lovely little machine.

Takes a long time to froth (almond) milk and results are not worth the wait. First few times there was a little froth, now minimal. As others have said, it's hard to clean the plate once milk has overflowed. I tried my friend's pricier nespresso with the same milk and results were light and frothy. I regret not paying more money for a better product.

Barely works
I just got this as a gift and just started using it. I have so far tried an almond milk for and cream. It just keeps starting and stopping, takes forever to warm up and it barely froths. It works so poorly, I wonder if it is broken.

Good so far
Received this as a Christmas gift along with a bunch of fun syrups to make flavored cold foams. It worked well on the high foam, no heat setting with both regular milk and half n half. I also reheated leftover lattes from a local shop on the no foam, hot reheat setting and was happy with that. We used the heat on the medium setting with the medium foam setting to make steamers for the kids too! Lots to love.

Fun, easy to use. Makes great foamed milk! We use warmed milk rather than cold mlik that the directions suggest. Makes foamed milk in about 1 minute when you use warm milk. Same or better quality lattes or capucinnos than you get at the coffee places like SB. Highly recommended for all fat levels of cows milk, cannot say about other types of milks, like soy or whatever.
