Dissapointed.
Really disappointing. I bought this frother because the cup and lid can go in the dishwasher. That’s the only positive. It takes like 10 minutes to complete one froth cycle. Additionally, if you happen to overfill, the milk will burn on the hearing element and it is impossible to clean off. Going to back to my old one.

Broke after a year and a half
It worked wonderfully for a year and a half but is now no longer heating the milk. The warranty is only one year. I liked it but don’t plan to buy another unless it happens to go on super sale or something.

When this product works it is great (it works correctly about a quarter of the time). However, there is a major flaw with the product as the frother/whisker is magnetic and does not stay put. It will sometimes come off when I am frothing my milk or it will fall and splash into my cup when I am pouring the milk into my cup. Either way it is disappointing and frustrating to have inconsistency.

The temperature and amount of foam options are great and were what really excited me about this frother compared to all the other ones I’ve tried. I also like the larger capacity of this frother. The foam is great and on the highest temp is very hot, however the dealbreaker was the fact that it takes 8 minutes to run either temperature’s cycle for the lesser foam option. That’s so long.

This milk frother is awesome. I’ve only frothed whole milk in it so far, but it is so beautiful and silky when it’s done. I want to drink lattes even more than usual, which I already have 2-3 a day. I got 1% milk to try, as it’s what I usually use, so I hope that froths as well.

Absolute waste of money. The little round frothing whisk went missing almost immediately, and you can’t order a replacement. We tried a couple of whisks we ordered online, and they didn’t fit. So it has sat on the counter useless since Christmas. This item was unfortunately recommended on a Today Show segment, which is why it seemed like a reliable choice. But they are all show and no support. Get yourself something from a reputable company that stands behind their products and offers replacement parts.

It's versatile and this design makes it safer to wash. I destoyed my last milk heater by getting water in the base... One drawback is that it takes quite a long time to heat the milk. The other is the handle is flat and it hurts my hand. Hopefully they will round the edges on the next model.

Bad customer service
I bought this via Amazon and needed a replacement whisk. Customer Service advised me just to buy a whole new unit. So I would need to spend $50+ dollars on the heating unit and another jug just to replace the whisk.
