Cooks rice really well and fluffy. We just didn’t like that it didn’t have a drain for the steam. Water just falls from the lid and accumulates on the hinge. Also, you need to be careful cleaning the exterior because the markings get wiped off with just water!

Great so far
We are a family that makes white steamed rice about once a week every week. I've used it twice now and so far it's great. We've only tried the Carb Reducing cooking option, it cooks exactly in 40 minutes, haven't tried it on regular setting which it says is 5 minutes. It is a little larger than I would like especially since you can get tiny one cup cookers now. Very simple and easy to use.

Carb reduction rice taste great!
I gave it 4 stars because instructions to use carb reduction isn’t clear enough to understand to get started which is the main reason why I purchased this item. But after watching a few videos and coming upon 1 that gave clear instructions on how to use this feature and 2 pots of rice later, I LOVE IT!!! Rice came out perfect on my send try, moist, fluffy and taste delicious! I recommend this rice cooker… I can’t taste the difference between carb reduction mode and regular rice. Just PERFECT! However 1 little flaw, but not a deal breaker for me, No water vapor catcher so when you open the lid, hot water runs down to the back, just be ready with a paper towel to absorb it all up.
