I loved this shower cap until the first time I washed it. I was gentle, I hung it dry on a rack where it had plenty of airflow, and then it REEKED. I tried to wash it again, it got worse. I tried again, it's WORSE. I use fragrance free detergent because of allergies, and if I try to febreeze the fabric my scalp will break out so I can't do that either. I don't know what to do! I ordered another cap from another brand because I can't stand putting this one on my head any more. My mostly clean hair comes out less clean than it went into the cap.

It does the job! Keeps my hair dry and not frizzy. The elastic is a bit snug so sometimes it leave an indentation around my face, but it goes away.

The wired and open end is hard to get secure and quite annoying. I didn't realize it wasn't closed at the end. It let's water and steam in to defeat the purpose. The fabric and elastic end fit nicely but I wish I would have passed on this one.

Nice fabric, good quality but dislike the open end with the wire. Would prefer these fabrics as a traditional style shower cap. Keeping this one only because I used it, but dislike the extra weight it creates and awkward to put on and wear.

I love the way it keeps my "do" intact. However, I find it kinda odd the way I have to bend it into place. Sometimes I find out AFTER I am out of the shower I didn't bend it right and I have a spot in the back of my head that I didn't cover correctly

I don’t usually write reviews, but I rely on them, so I wanted to pay it forward. In my 55 years I've tried a lot of shower caps — this one is hands-down the best. It’s comfortable, actually keeps my hair dry, and doesn’t leave a dent or frizz thanks to the satin lining. Plus, it looks cute hanging in the bathroom. Worth every penny. Now if I could just find a bra that’s this perfect, I’d be set. :)

I am allergic to this shower cap. I had weepy eyes and a red, raw neck and upper chest, along with welts. Could not figure out why. I finally quit wearing the shower cap and it cleared up in about 3 days. I have no idea what I reacted to but I will not be wearing it again.

I love this shower cap! It sits tightly on the head and easy to wear. The only thing is that the wire became really twisted up inside after a few months of use. I have to cut open the shower cap to remove and straighten the wire every so often.

I expected a large, completely closed shower cap when I opened the package. Instead, I am required to figure out how to wear it. It seems like it is a good quality product, but not very accessible! I will have to figure out how to put it on properly before I use it !
