3 times, I've received pillowcases that seemed great upon arrival. I wash them as soon as I get them to put them in use and when the item is removed from the washing machine the stitching has unraveled. I've returned 1 for a new one only to receive another that was poorly stitched. I feel like I'm cheating if I keep returning them so instead of returning, I'll just move to another brand.
