[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually didn’t love this…was really disappointed. It’s hard to drink out of because the shape of the opening is awkward. Additionally, the rubber part that makes it leak proof doesn’t push all the way down so the lid doesn’t fit perfectly on it. Finally, the flip part of the lid opens with the lightest bump - it does not feel secure at all. Beautiful shape and design, but extremely poor functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flip lid is very messy to drink from. Condensation buildup from hot coffee, which then ends up on your nose and your lips. I didn’t think it was going to be an issue but using it-it is. I plan to try the regular Tumblr lid. The thermos itself is very nice. It fits well in my car cupholder and is small enough to put in my work bag.

I also like the circumference for my smaller hand size. Of course the most important things for me is sustainability, recycled content, and no lead. The quality is so excellent that it will last forever.

The opening is way too wide and I don’t like its shape (a personal dislike of its off center flip handle). I took it in the car with coffee and won’t be doing it again until I receive the plain tumbler lids with no flip closure (because they have much smaller openings)

This works great. It took a couple of washings to get a "metal-y" taste out, but it is gone now, and keeping my hot water hot! (FYI, I havent used it with cold beverages...)

Nice cup, looks good, keeps my coffee hot. But the lid/cap is a total fail. It doesn’t fit tight enough so it feels like sucking air when I drink and the lid will chug out on you if you don’t pay 150% attention, which I’m not always doing with a mug like this.

Great tumbler except for the lid. The first lid would not close properly. I did not expect it to be leak proof, but it was wonky. I emailed cs and they sent one out right away and it is much better. I hope they rethink the lid. The tumbler keeps water nice and cold.
