I added a bit of yogurt to the mixture and substituted water for milk. They came out a small due to the pan but they were super delicious! I ate them with some fruit! I would not add yogurt again as it made the batter a bit thick but maybe I just needed to add more milk.

You wouldn’t know that these have added protein but I love that my kid gets to make them, loves to eat them, and stays full for longer!

I decided to use the muffin recipe on the back and they turned out great. I just added a few ingredients to the bowl with the mix and poured into the tin, super easy and quick! The muffins taste good and you don’t even realize they have extra protein. My only complaint was I wish there were a few more chocolate chips in the mix! There was a little leftover mix after the muffins, so I will be making pancakes too. Package was easy to open.

So I have previous knowledge going into the chocolate chip version. Let me say this, wow I did not expect these to be even better than the original. They are so fluffy and have this very particular taste, because the chocolate chips have been part of the mix when they were produced. So they taste even better than when you just add chocolate chips to the regular Kodiak mix. They melt nicely when you cook them too. Preparation is so easy, you just add water and that’s it. Some people add milk, but I feel like water just works fine. The whole preparation and until they are ready to eat takes about 12 minutes. I use one serving, they fill me up quite a bit way more than regular pancakes. These are so worth the slightly higher price tag to other pancake mixes, 100% recommend.

I amped up the protein content by subbing in an egg and milk for the water (as instructed on the package). My batter was pretty thin and watery. Therefore the pancakes turned out to be pretty thin. The chocolate chips are tiny and all sank to the bottom of the mix. This resulted in the majority of them coming out into the last two pancakes I poured. But saying all that, the pancakes are tasty. I don’t really taste the chocolate chips much, but they had a hearty flavor that I feel good about eating. I received a free product in exchange for my honest review.

He had his whole colon out for the second round of cancer, and he has to be on a strict diet like specific proteins and certain things he’s able to eat, and this definitely fits it. He’s got a reduce his food and also by eating a lot of protein and stuff which makes no sense but These are absolutely going to help him the expectations of how it tasted was definitely different than how I thought it tasted it was definitely better. I don’t you don’t bake it so I read the thing at the top you don’t you fry it like you do a normal pancake which either way it goes. I absolutely love this and I know they have bigger boxes and everyone else else’s seem to start to try it which I’m encouraging everyone.
