These are beloved by the whole family, from 3 year old up. We love how quick these are to make. Pro tip: we make all the batter and pour it on a lined half sheet pan, bake at 400 for ~12-15 min and then slice them up and put extras in the freezer. We love that our kids get a decent base of protein in the morning.

I bought this and shared it with my family because we are picky about what we eat. I liked the taste and smell of this. I didn't have any bloating issues that I normally get with protein-enriched foods. My mom has type two diabetes and didn't find it too sweet. She wanted more. It has zero unpleasant aftertastes. My father seems indifferent to it. If you're looking for something super sweet, you would have to either add sugar to the mix prior to making it or drizzle syrup over the pancakes/waffles later.

Sure, it’s good as breakfast, but I think of it more as the perfect quick dessert! I love that it’s so rich in texture - even with just water, no need to add milk. To add a bit more protein, I top it with a scoop of Halo Top birthday cake ice cream. The perfect pair 10/10

It has that birthday cake taste without that weird powder taste if that makes any sense. It doesn’t taste like straight up protein neither. I typically like to make them when I’m craving something sweet in the morning or even as a dessert. Never take them off the shelves target.

Absolutely love this! My favorite pancake mix flavor of theirs. Has a nice sweet cream taste to it. Does not taste too "protein powder". I make a while bunch and eat throughout the week. Add protein shake and egg whites to it for even more protein.

I have tried many kodiak products. This is by far the best pancake mix I’ve had from them. I love the cupcake pancakes from ihop but those are extremely high calorie and overall not really good for you. However Kodiak’s version tastes just like ihop when made correctly. I always add sprinkles to the batter and make a glaze that tastes like icing. Awesome taste, great amount of protein!
