The addition of jalapeño to classic mac & cheese is delightful to me. The pungency of jalapeños is a great complement to a classic quick meal. Most kids won't go for it, but this knowledge can be used to your advantage. Establish a regular diet of food like this and you'll never be asked to share with your kids again which is super great short term but may really errode your family life in the long run. Just goes to show you should never follow poorly-thought-out advice in a review for a boxed dinner, however delicious that boxed dinner may be.

My 5 year old is a macaroni and cheese addict and always asks me for some of mine but I have to tell her it’s too spicy 😆 it’s not that spicy! It does have a kick but it’s super manageable and sooo tasty. It’s not just spicy, it’s flavorful. Delicious.
