[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Kraft Mac and Cheese, so I was excited to try out these larger single serving cups. I've tried out the smaller cups before, and they were good, however I didn't like these as much. They are simple to make... remove the lid, add water, stir, microwave for a few minutes, add cheese powder, and serve. The part I don't like is how much thickener was added to the pasta. When I added the water, the pasta immediately clumped up, and after doing the remaining steps, it wasn't any better. My mac and cheese was a congealed mess. I had to add a bit of milk to even be able to stir it... and then it only stayed stirrable for a minute before becoming clumped up again. I also feel like the thickener added a bit of a bitter taste... or something did. Overall, I love the size and ease of these cups, but I wish they would make these so you could just drain the water out after cooking instead of adding in all the thickener. Unfortunately, I probably won't buy these in the future.

However, they also pointed out that even though the cup was bigger, it didn’t seem like there was much more mac and cheese inside compared to the regular size. Taste-wise, they said it was the same as usual (which is a good thing—they love it!), and it cooked the same way too. My 9-year-old still ended up eating two containers, saying, “One just isn't enough."
