KT is a great support aid that helps reduce pain, swelling, and improve mobility. Everyone I speak with in family and orthopedic medicine is enthusiastic about it, too. My experience ha# been about 75-80% positive, the downsides having been starting out with a “milder” form (tan) that didn’t stick well or last more than a couple of days, and the occasional strip that peals back sooner than the rest of the strips I’ve applied. I think the positive vs negative ratio is pretty darned good overall. I don’t expect magic, but I use less acetaminophen or ibuprofen than I might otherwise and I’m convinced I have better pain control because of the support I get. The physiology involving increased oxygen flow to the tissues is a factor as well, though how long that effect lasts is anyone’s guess.

Changing the delivery box to a smaller one is a very good idea! I hope your delivery time will improve that it will not take more than one week time. Also, holding the price down and not to increase so often.

Following use of a KT like tape by my physical therapist, I was looking to duplicate the positive experience. I found KT Tape online, ordered it and was very happy that it performed exceptionally well. Great product and easily available online.

Love the value! Only downside is the box will not last as the dispenser, it's too flimsy. Maybe a BIG version of the one the 20 strips rolls come in?

K Tape has been holding my knee together for many years now. I had a torn meniscus, and K Tape tightly holds my knee together. I am able to run 1/2 marathons and go to training sessions.

I love this tape. It supports the knee with a torn ACL from the early 80’s. It allows me for longer endurance rides. The extreme adhesive will last a good week.

I’m still amazed at how simple this product is and the effects it has had on helping me continue to play with multiple injuries! While I still find it hard to believe that just using this tape keeps me on the Court, I just know that it, Works!
