Tried the hair curler on my hair and it was a total fail. Of course mine is just past my shoulders and fine so I gave it to my daughter to try. Her hair is long and holds curls well. For a few minutes, it looked great and then the curls fell completely out and it looked like her hair was never curlered. You'll just end up buying one, waiting for it to arrive, and then going through the bother of contacting customer service to tell them it doesn't work only for them to tell you to take it back to the store.

This is a great tool. I got the 1 inch barrel and love it. I never burn myself when doing the back of my head. The only thing I would change is being able to make it spin faster.

This thing is amazing! I had a stroke a few years ago and due to some issues with my hand and spatial awareness I haven’t been able to curl my hair since. The spinning helps SO MUCH and I’m finally able to do it on my own! My only complaint is the clamp is pretty short and it is sometimes difficult to use my bad hand to get the hair in there, but it is definitely possible to work around. I decided to spend a little bit more than I normally would on a hair tool and I think it was 100% worth it.
