thinning & major hair loss
DO NOT USE!!! I was not even half was through the bottle of the shampoo & conditioner and my hair was DRASTICALLY thinning, and I was loosing a lot of hair. My hair became so thin from using this that when it blew in the wind I looked bald…I honestly don’t even know what to compare the thinness to. switched back to another shampoo and my hair is already doing so much better.

New formula leaves my hair flat and weighed down.
I’ve used the L’Oréal Everpure moisture shampoo and conditioner for 8 years and loved it, but this past year the formula changed and now it leaves my fine hair flat and feeling weighed down. Please bring back the old formula!

Defective packaging

To achieve a cleaner finish while maintaining moisture, we recommend focusing the application primarily on the scalp and avoiding the mid-lengths and ends during the initial lather. Because the back of the head is often where the most density occurs, it is helpful to section the hair slightly while rinsing to ensure the water reaches the scalp and completely removes any excess oils. You may also find that using a slightly smaller amount of product than usual provides the perfect balance of hydration without the heavy feeling. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us provide better guidance for those with similar hair textures.

Excessive itching, sheding & burning after use
I remember using this product about five years ago and I thought I would give it a go, but unfortunately it’s not the same. After just two washes, my head itched like crazy, my hair would shed like crazy and my hair was dry & frizzy. I believe they changed some of the ingredients. My hair rarely reacts bad to any products but this was the first time I had a bad reaction to a hair product. I went to go return it. I wouldn’t recommend
