A: Hi there! Since this formula already has a slightly tacky texture, there's no need to use a primer. Simply apply the shadow stick directly to your lids and blend using your fingertip. We hope this helps and that you enjoy using it!

I loved the color, magnetic Bronze. Not too shiny or glittery. But the product is oily and so creamy it’s melts on the lid and the stick tip actually broke off at first application. It’s just very soft. It’s difficult to apply without a brush to smooth on lid. Other eyeshadow sticks are not as oily, creamy and easy to apply. The formula doesn’t work well

Color totally disappears when you blend

Once you blend, color completely disappears. Not just subtle but literally gone. I used magnetic bronze which is a very dark color when I first applied and then gone.

I bought a similar eyeshadow stick from Maybelline that I use as an eyeliner and it works well. This L’Oréal eyeshadow stick smears easily and the color is not intense enough to use as an eyeliner.

Bought celestial taupe and although it was a beautiful shade, the staying power was mediocre and like others said, it irritated my eyes. It wasn't instant for me though. I woke up next morning and had patchy dry places on my lids

This eyeshadow is VERY hard to blend!! Once it is applied there is no applicator that I have found that works to blend it and using your finger you have to rub so hard you are increasing the chances of eye wrinkles tenfold!!!

Saw a youtube vid and got influenced to purchase this as I also LOVE shadow sticks & wanted to expand my collection & thought I’d give this a try as there aren’t too many shadow sticks on the market. “You get what you paid for” applies to these-sure they’re only $9 BUT they don’t set at all and after a few hours, they’re a smudgy mess and one eye wore off to almost just hint of smudge. I was home all day and did nothing.

Purchased this at a reasonable price and because of the Loreal name; unfortunately, I'm not a fan. It doesn't have 'staying power' and wears off after a few hours of use. Wouldn't buy again.

Doesn't blend well at all. It skips, therefore making it look patchy. I got the shade 'brown bliss', which is the only matte I believe. I had high hopes but it's a no for me. Review given by a professional makeup artist.
