For normal or oiler skin types this product can usually provide adequate hydration. For Drier skin we would recommend layering this product over a moisturizer. I work all summer long outdoors at a day camp. No matter what I have tried my face always tans unevenly and I end up with really dark patches. I started using this on my skin after camp along with La Roche Posay ultra light fluid face sunscreen while at camp during the day. The combination was great! My skin actually appeared to heal from any sun spots and damage and the skin color evened out! I chose to use both in this way because this one did burn my eyes when sweating- but by using the combination of the two my skin honestly appears and feels so much healthier!

I know this product is on the expensive side but it’s totally worth it! I have been using this product for about 1 month and half and i have seen my dark spots FADEEEEEE it’s crazy! i totally recommend this product!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. It burnt my skin and left me with this rash that was burning and incredibly itchy. If you have sensitive skin, do not even try this.

I love this sunscreen. I have very sensitive fair skin and this has no unwanted side effects. It melts into my skin leaving no white cast. I live in Florida and have had many instances of skin cancer so I’m particular when it comes to protection for my face and body. I am very pleased with the results of using this sunscreen. Side note: I use the Anthelios sunscreen milk 100 for my body.

Bonjoure La Roche-Posay, I still recall the very first time when I put on Anthelios UV Correct Face Sunscreen SPF 70 With Niacinamide on my face. I’m not exaggerating, I was in a state of awe! As someone with a long history of sensitive skin, often with breakouts, this product sincerely smoothed my face with its glorious, celestial concoction. My face was growing, and I felt like I was amid morning dews. If anyone wants to be in the mood for delight, Anthelios UV Correct Face Sunscreen SPF 70 with Niacinamide is the way to go, let alone it offers SPF 70, which outshines the rest of products in the cosmetic world, foundations included! I look forward to paper packing since I adore this product so much. I just wanted to easily open the paper bag and scope out any bit of it. That would be the ultimate definition besides "Crème de la crème" in any dictionary. Here is my massive thanks to La Roche-Posay - a quintessential finest French company.

I really liked the consistency and how it felt on my face however the burning sensation in my eyes is not worth it. I had to close my eyes to get the burning to stop and the only way to make it stop permanently is by washing the product off. Not sure which ingredient is causing the burning. I guess I can use it on other parts of my body just not my face.

Does not leave a white cast! I am wheatish Indian skin and it did not leave a white cast, protected my skin from sunburns. You need to reapply after 50-70 mins, that's true with any sunscreen. I have used Neutrogena, Shiseido, I always got super tanned....but this one had been good so far..

I decided to try this new sunscreen since it includes niacinamide and I am prone to hyperpigmentation. I was concerned trying a new product since I have rosacea and also struggle with perioral dermatitis. At first, I used this sunscreen at the end of my routine, after azelaic acid and LRP Toleriane moisturizer, and, honestly, I was disappointed in the finish of the sunscreen. I looked shiny and greasy and had to use a mattifying primer over it. After about a week of being disappointed, I decided to try this sunscreen without using any moisturizer beforehand - PERFECT! The product sunk in nicely, leaving my skin looking natural - not overly shiny or dewy but not matte and dry. I've been using this sunscreen daily for over a month now, and it holds up very well to the heat and humidity of Alabama summers. I have not had any issues with it melting into my eyes and stinging or burning, and I've also noticed some small sunspots beginning to fade. Best of all, this does not trigger my perioral dermatitis at all, and it plays well with my topical rosacea medicines. I'll absolutely buy this one again.

Started using a retinol (AlphaRet) so needing a hydrating and higher SPF sunscreen. Layers well and reapplies without pilling. Not a matte finish. Would repurchase. Have rosacea and sensitive skin and no contact dermatitis or skin sensitivity after a month of use.
The spf 70 moisturizer is the best!!

I switched from neutrogena spf moisturizer to this brand and there’s a significant improvement in my skin. It goes on smooth and light and has erased dark spots. Love that this product has a high spf.

This sunscreen is amazing. I was having trouble finding a La Roche Posay sunscreen that wouldn’t pill on my skin and or give me an oily face. It took some trail and error with this one as well but I find that it works best on its own after my usual skin care but I skip my moisturizer and just apply this sunscreen. (I found that mixing it with my matte moisturizer also worked but it would cause some pilling). Also love that it doesn’t burn my eyes when applying.

No problem with this product. It didn’t peel or leave me greasy at all. It was lightweight which is something I wanted in a sunscreen. I wasn’t sure about the high spf of 70. But it works for what I need it to do. The price is okay. I’m not using a lot. It’s only used once to go under my makeup. If I wanted to use it in Florida (which I might) then I can see the price being annoying to have to buy it again. Which I plan too anyway. Keep in mind I was using a high-end sunscreen from Sephora. It was $50 for 45 spf. You are getting more of a spf and less of a cost. I’m definitely going to buying it again!

I love La Roche but this is the first time I didn’t like a product. It left my skin feeling oily and I felt like it was heavy on my skin. I am going to try another SPF from them, hoping it’s not too heavy on my skin.

Love this sunscreens feel and look, but if I wear it during the super hot summer months, then it’s a no-go for me. If I wear it while tanning and start to sweat, it gets in my eyes and burns so horribly. It is awful and the burn doesn’t go away until I can flush my eyes and wash my face. I wish this didn’t happen, because I truly do like this product otherwise!
