Love product, broken pump this time
Love the product, this is my second time purchasing and I will be back for more. The reason for the two stars off is that the pump on this bottle doesn’t work at all. I can’t decide if I want to return or just try to get the product out somehow. Either way pretty disappointed this time around, but like I said I would still purchase again! The product is deeply hydrating and doesn’t seem to bother my sensitive skin/rosacea one bit! I reach for this before bed and in colder months, and usually keep something lighter around for summer/right before makeup application.

This product is terrible. I bought it after the Yuka app told me it's a safer alternative to my usual CeraVe Moisturizing Cream that I've been using for years. But this left my face looking extremely greasy, yet feeling super dry within a few hours of application. I have sensitive skin and it did go on feeling fine, just greasy. I've had extremely clear skin for several years after a round of Accutane but started to notice a mild breakout after I started using this. I'm returning or throwing away! Would not recommend at all.

Also the size of the bottle last a while, where as some moistures are very expensive with only 3-5 oz. Overall, this cream would benefit anyone struggling with any type of skin concern especially during the winter. Even in the summer the lotion was not heavy on my skin.

Literally amazing
I started using this 3 years ago when I got really bad acne and ended up damaging my skin barrier. It was dry, peeling and itchy. I started using this and it repaired my skin barrier and also helped clear my scarring (paired with paulas choice azelaic acid booster) its an amazing combo. I stopped using this for like two years and got an oil free moisturizer but my skin was literally soooo dry especially in the cold weather so I decided to start using this again and when I say i feel like it repaired my barrier in one night im not even kidding. My skin feels so comfortable, its not red and flaky like always and i feel way more confident cause im not walking around with flaky skin 😭. Im glad I decided to start using this again. If you are scared to use this bc of the shea butter I would say just try it because I have very acne prone, comedogenic skin. I get tons of blackheads and clogged pores but this doesnt affect me at all! 100000000/10.

Thick cream, product was as nice as any other product. I absolutely did not like the packaging. It was hard to hold and squeeze out. Especially if you’re trying to squeeze during application, with hands already creamed up. A pump would be better or a jar or a tube that narrows down and squeezes like toothpaste. I ended up throwing away a lot just because I felt as though I was fighting with the tube. The product itself was thick and creamy and pleasant. I won’t purchase a tube like that again though.

I found this at the store to use on my daughter’s dry hands for the winter but decided to try for my flare up since I’m waiting for a package with eye cream to arrive. This product is perfect. It has no fragrance and feels so light. I have already recommended it to friends who also have eczema. It’s a nice lotion and I really hope it continues to work for me because I’ve been pretty miserable.
