I really wanted to love this cleanser but found it pretty bad at removing makeup. If you’re someone who doesn’t wear any makeup then I guess it would be ok, but if you do it’s not ideal. I love the idea behind it given that I have acne/rosacea prone skin that reacts to so many things, but it just didn’t work for me unfortunately. I also don’t feel that it’s a cleanser that you wouldn’t wash off, and I believe it says there’s no need to rinse off (although I may be mistaken).

This is the best cleanser I've ever tried. It's very soothing and moisturising for my sensitive skin. I don't enjoy using water to cleanse my face so this is good for me. You simply massage it into the skin, then wipe away however you wish to. I use a very gentle toner on cotton wool pads to remove. I do this twice.

I had an episode recently where I needed to do somethin about my ageing skin - I'm 53 - I threw everythin at it and it resulted in dry skin, with breakouts. This, along with the LRP Thermal water plus a light moisturiser for the day & vaseline overnight got me back on track - well - better than back on track - glowing skin - no kidding! Keep your skincare simple - don't throw a pile of stuff on it - your skin won't like it. Mine didn't & I've suffered weeks of terrible skin due to not keeping it simple or gradual.

I love this product so much. I’ve been using it for 10 years plus or whenever it came out I love to use it in the winter time Nicole months in New York City I live I use the wash in the summertime because then it takes all the excess oils out of my face, I have combination sensitive skin. This cleanser is sooo hydrating and leaves my skin feeling plump and, well, hydrated! My skin is sooo dry and sensitive especially in the winter and while I liked the toleraine hydrating cleanser it just wasn’t anything special. It also has niacinamide in it which my skin just doesn’t like. This is the closest I’ve found to my all time favorite cleanser (Eubos cleansing milk) which is not available in the US!
