La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Facial Moisturizer is designed and formulated for sensitive skin. It's lightweight, oil-free, matifying texture instantly absorbs into the skin and restores skin comfort. The oil-free facial moisturizer is for oily and combination skin. As all La Roche-Posay Toleriane skin care, this oil-free moisturizer is also formulated under a strict formulation charter with the tolerance of sensitive skin in mind. Face moisturizer provides up to 48-hour hydration & helps restore skin's barrier after 1 hour.
How to Use: Apply moisturizer to the face and neck morning and evening. Its soft, oil-free texture is easily absorbed.

Q: I've been using the version with spf, which slightly tends to pill in my experience and am wondering if this version without sunscreen pills. Has anyone here used both products (with spf and without)?

A: Hi Westernmassgal! Neither of the Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizers should cause pilling. Pilling can be cause by using too much of a product. Be sure to use about the size of a dime for either formula. We hope this information is helpful!

I have dry but oily skin and this did not make my face look more oily which I loved. It was lightweight and didn’t burn my sensitive skin like some moisturizers. Overall did help hydrate. BUT- it pills like crazy! I could never even attempt this under makeup. After a google and Reddit search it appears this is a common issue with this moisturizer. Such a bummer especially from this brand! I hate the pilling so will discontinue use.

I needed a gentle yet effective moisturizer and finally after a few failures found “the one”. Cerave and Cetaphil don’t jive with my skin. Neutrogena wasn’t heavy enough. I have oily skin and use tretinoin. This is perfect

A pretty decent amount of product for the price, it works as a great moisturizer in the day time, before applying makeup, and in the evening! Has amazing ingredients such as niacinamide and other ceramide’s that really combat dry skin and help repair your skin barrier:)!

I LOVE this brand .Ihave very dry skin and LOVE THEUR LIPIKAR BALM INTENSE REPAIR . I was very dissappinted in this product ,it did not moisturuze my face . I regret buying. I used the LIPKAR BALM in my face with incredible resiults . But now the LIPIKAR BALM us only sold in 1/4 the size fir the same price. I woukd get the 13.52 fl ounce bottle and go through one a month. I have one left and after that am not sure what i will do . The 13.42 ounce bottle used to be 18.00 now it is 18.00 for one fourth of that amount.

I trust LRP in lots of skincare products. However this one got my skin peeled. This also caused pimples to appear all around my face. I got my teenage skin back again. Sad about it honestly. I returned my products in retail store I bought them from.

I am currently postpartum my skin has changed a lot I have tried many similar creams to these but they all leave my skin red and irritated and I have seen many reviews of this brand on tik tok I was a little afraid to use it but I was not wrong in making this purchase I am fascinated how light it is makes your skin absorb it quickly and leaves the skin soft and also complies with the matte effect ☺️

I usually love LRP products, but this one is very disappointing. Does an OK job hydrating, but pills/flakes on skin like crazy! I haven’t had an issue like this with other moisturizers. I think this product should be reformulated and would not recommend.
