I was hoping for a “regular” size cake. I purchased two cake mixes so it would Be a multilevel Chantilly Cake. I have two pancakes instead. If I would’ve known it would Bake up like this I would’ve purchased 4 cake mixes. The packaging is deceiving, so disappointed.

Being on weight watchers your cake, muffin and brownie mixes are and excellent choice for being able to have sweets. I use I sweet apple sauce instead of oil and the calorie intake is like a 0. I’m hooked on these products

I purchased the vanilla keto friendly cake mix. Because it is gluten free, the rise isn't as high as a "regular" cake and the cake is a more dense. The batter is also thicker. The flavor is terrific and the Monk fruit sweetener is not overly sweet which can happen with other sugar replacements. I thought the sweetness was perfect without that artificial flavor. I used the cake in a trifle with vanilla pudding so instead of vanilla, I used almond extract in the cake batter. (next time, I may try lemon extract!) The trifle was a huge hit with everyone at the party and was especially appreciated by my friend who cannot eat gluten or dairy. She said it's rare she can eat dessert at a gathering and was so touched we provided something she could safely eat. I gifted her a bag of the cake mix so she could make one for herself and she was thrilled! Thank you, Lakanto!

This cake is so fluffy and delicious. The vanilla flavor is so good I kept going back for more. Ever since going keto this mix has been a god send. I can’t wait to try the chocolate cake and the Brownie mix!

This is hands down the best cake I have eaten since I have been gluten/dairy/sugar free. It has the perfect texture, is moist, and is down right delicious!!

I actually made these into cupcakes and they came out really well! I love that this brand doesn't use any coconut flour or flavoring like the others and it tastes like normal vanilla cake.

Decided to add a-few other ingredients and turned this cake mix into a delicious Blueberry Cake.

Loved the Vanilla cake. It was delicious and the ingredients made it guilt free. I also made a vanilla butter cream frosting from an online recipe and substituted Lankato powdered sugar to make it healthier. Will definitely purchase this again.

Was surprised by how good this turned out. The chocolate cake has a buttery flavor that really adds to the flavor overall. I’ll be ordering again!

This is the best tasting cake. I like to add applesauce, lemon and almond extract to it to make it extra flavorful. Only feedback is that the pack is small.
