BUYER BEWARE - they have changed the material!

I have been buying these same sheets for more than a decade. Every bed in my house has these. My kid's dorm beds have these. They used to be wonderfully soft, wrinkle free and last forever. NOT ANYMORE. I just purchased a King replacement set for our primary bed and the new sheets are VERY shiny, completely wrinkled and scratchy. Also, the top sheet used to be reversible but now the hem detail at the top is only one-sided. I'm extremely disappointed. Not sure when they changed them, but I bought a pair for my son's dorm in two months ago, and they were still the old style then.

Ought these sheets a month ago and don’t really care for them. They’re a bit big on my cal-king mattress and they are HOT. my husband and I don’t sleep comfortably on them. My previous sheets from LE were fine - not the sateen, and I’m wondering if it’s something in the weave that causes body heat to be retained? I’ve already replaced them with a different set.

It is good quality material but is not wrinkle free. It is full size but too large for my full size bed.

The first set of sheets I bought from Lands End lasted me 20 years, only destroyed by an aggressive agitating washer because they were so well worn. They are soft smooth, and fit beautifully on my deep mattress. This past year I have bought multiple sets for myself and family. They may be pricey but if new ones last half as long as my first set it’s worth it. .

Well made, but not soft

I bought two sets of these on sale, one twin and one king. I'm returning the king because the fabric of the sheets is very strange. It's smooth, but not cottony, not soft. It's hard to explain what it feels like, but it's not soft. I thought maybe it was a coating, but I've washed the twin sheets multiple times now, and it's just not getting softer. That said, they are well made and appear durable. I'm sure they will last a long time, and the mint color is really pretty with the navy comforter and slate blanket (I've been looking for a sage, and this is the closest thing I've found). However, it's not worth the high price tag for what I was looking for, so the kings go back!

NOT THE SAME SHEETS!!

I've been buying these sheets for decades. Just ordered another pair when they went on sale. These are thin and flimsy, rough to the touch. I am comparing them side by side with my existing ones from a year ago. Even the label is different. Completely different sheets. I feel like I've been totally taken advantage of. This is an Amazon Basic quality sheet. NOT land end Supima and NOT for this price

Hard to find - Real cotton but it feels like silk

I hope this holds up- I've never had this thin of 100% cotton sheets before- however the silkiness is amazing. I'm grateful Landsend still has a couple items made without tencel hydrogro or polyester or modal etc...

Disappointed. I have the previous iteration of these sheets and LOVE them. Ordered these to have a second set AND they are now completely different…not as substantial and a more sateen/slick material. Didn’t even finish opening. Returned.

Looks& feels great, but fraying with minimal use

Made in China. See photos. I purchased these sheets during covid. I don't use chlorine bleach. I just noticed today the pillowcase edges are fraying. I alternate this set with 2 other sets in the summer for one bed, they are in rotation from may until october, and we are frequentlyvacationing in the summer. They have had minimal use. I would not recommend

Bought a set of king sheets. The top sheet does not have enough fabric for a generous drop on the sides, and the bottom has way too much, leaving me to try and lift a heavy mattress to tuck an extra foot of fabric. The fitted sheet does not have a tag indicating top or side as other premium brands do, Such a little thing, but saves from rotating the sheet around the bed. Bottom sheet is too big (and I have a thick Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress), top sheet not big enough, depending on side to side or top to bottom. Will not buy again.

These were my favorite sheets until they ripped with minimal use! I’ve had these sheets for over a year now and have only used them on occasion as they are my best set. Despite all this they came out of the dryer with a giant rub area that wasn’t there when I last slept on them. So disappointed! I really wanted to love these sheets for years.

I bought this sheet set a month ago. I love it. The color destiny blue is a beautiful color. It is smooth and does not wrinkle. After washing it looks great - again no wrinkles. Recommend it highly. I have bought all my sheets at Landsend for as long as I can remember.

The sheets are luxuriously soft, but the fabric is on the thinner side which leaves me wondering how well they’ll hold up over time. Fit is perfect. For now I’m very pleased with this purchase

Quality seems to have changed for the worse!

I found out about these sheets via Nancy Meyers daughter’s instagram account. I originally bought a queen set for our guest bedroom and had friends and family rave about the quality and softness. I bought a king set several months later and was very disappointed in the quality. Even after washing the sheets they are not soft. The sheets are itchy to the touch and I’m so disappointed because I was looking forward to having soft, no wrinkle sheets for my bed as well.

The Holy Grail!!

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a set of these sheets. I searched for years and years, tried brand after brand and was disappointed every. single. time. I happened to spot a review on the Kohl’s website, which intrigued me, so I went ahead and tried them. These sheets wash well, they are soft, have a beautiful sheen to them, they are breathable and keep you cool, but most importantly they don’t pill!! Not even after having washed them many times. Do not let the lower thread count deter you, trust me, after all these years I am an expert now! Higher threat count does not always equal better sheets. In fact, a higher thread count means the fibers are closer together, typically causing friction which in turn causes pilling. That isn’t to say all high thread count sheets are bad, but this is the first set of sheets that have had 0 pilling after tons of washes. In conclusion, the key to a beautiful set of sheets is the way that they weave the fabric. You’re welcome. One small detail to note, the flat sheet is very roomy. Also, the standard pillowcases are a bit on the larger side. FYI, the Faint Orchid shade is actually quite purple. The images show it to be very pink. Pic attached. I placed a pink sleep mask for comparison. It’s beautiful, just not accurate representation.
