The color is a very stark white--with splatters of black and blue paint on it. Does not work in my space. Also, I bought 2 lamps and though they were packed with lots and lots of packing material, they were both broken upon arrival.

This is a very decent quality lamp for the price. the style is transitional. You do have to purchase a shade separately. I purchased for a rarely used spare bedroom and it's perfect for that use.

This lamp is the texture of a terra cotta pot and feels like a high end lamp. I painted mine and it took to the paint very well. Great price too! I’m happy with my purchase.

The first picture where it looks white is not representative. The second picture that shows it as more of a dingy gray with dark speckles is the true color. I ordered two and one arrived completely smashed inside the box. I got a refund for that but will be taking the non broken one to the store to return. It doesn’t look good in person.
