  • A: The High setting doesn’t adjust to a specific temperature. It just runs at full power (1500 watts). To set the room to a specific temperature, press the (+) or (-) buttons until you reach the temperature you want. You can do this in either High or Low mode. The display will show L or H, and the temperature will flash, which means the heater is now in Auto Temperature Mode.

Q: Can it be plugged into an extension cord or a surge protector? If not, how long is the cord?

  • A: For safety reasons, please do not use the replacement unit with a surge protector, power strip, extension cord, or any other cord-connected device. The heater should be plugged directly into a wall outlet, and only if the unit and plug show no signs of damage. Using the heater in any other manner is considered misuse and is not covered under warranty or the one-time replacement policy. This guidance is provided in the product manual, cord sticker, and box. Since this is not a defect, we cannot replace the unit. Please dispose of it safely by cutting the cord from the unplugged unit.

  • A: When set to low mode, the heater operates at 900 watts, while in high mode it operates at 1500 watts. When using the automatic thermostat, the heater runs at 1500 watts and will automatically shut off once the room reaches the temperature you have set on the unit.

No Mute or Volume for Beeping

I dislike the loud beeping it does for various functions it does, such as increasing or lowering settings, beeping once it reaches set temperature, turning back on to heat the room again. This is a nuisance. Beeping in the event of overheating, tipping over or any other safety feature is fine, but beeping h for everything is too much. A good idea would be to be able to silence or mute some non-safety features. This is a poor design flaw. It’s an alarm clock on a constant snooze setting. Some people say they put tape over the part that beeps, but that will prevent hearing the beep in the event of overheating or tip over. Don’t buy this heat unless you don’t need a full night's rest.

Dont waste your money

Very small. Laughable. Box is misleading from size. I put the heat on to 75 and it won’t go higher than 72, been a few hours now. Will be returning. My first hint should have been that this box came taped up- meaning someone else returned it before me. Very dissatisfied.

This item heats well, and nicely design, If the heater tips over, it does not have a fail safe to shut off. It keeps running, which makes it not safe for our household.
