Just not for me
As everyone says in the other reviews, yes the packaging is terrible. It’s smells very good but I noticed my hair was greasy again the next day after washing. I couldn’t figure out why. So finally I was fed up with the packaging and switched to a different brand with a normal bottle and my hair wasn’t greasy again the next day after using the different shampoo. so I think this shampoo just isn’t for me

Horrible bottle design outweighs good shampoo
While I admit I really like this shampoo, words cannot describe how much I hate the bottle. The shampoo itself is very thick - yay! However, the plastic of the bottle is so rigid it is almost impossible to squeeze any shampoo out of the bottle. The triangular shape, while cool to look at, makes it even more difficult to squeeze, especially with wet, soapy hands. Again, the shampoo is actually very good, but not good enough to make up for the frustration of dealing with this bottle.

I'll give the shampoo 4 stars, but the ultra-rigid plastic packaging makes it almost impossible to access the shampoo inside, therefore I give it a two star rating. Because of the triangular shape, there is no real way to squeeze product from this container -- especially when hands are wet.

Worst bottle design ever! It's so hard plastic, you can't even squeeze it out. Also, the smell is just strong shampoo. Nothing special and I think it stinks throughout the day on me. Save your money.

Bad bottle meh product
Horrible bottle design. It is SO DIFFICULT to get the shampoo out. The shape is awkward and plastic is too thick - it can’t squeeze. I also didn’t love the shampoo personally. I feel like it weighed my hair down but it’s just not a good fit for me.

Best target find
I’ll start off by saying that I have hard water at my house which is pretty harsh on my balayage blonde ends. I struggled to find something that worked for my hair type. I bought so many different expensive salon products from Ulta and Sephora that left my hair more dry than before I washed it or cause a lot of hair fall. I can confidently say that this shampoo and conditioner is my new go to and I can’t live without it. My hair is not only much softer and all of my frizz is pretty much gone but I can go like 3 days before I need to wash it again. Yeah the bottles suck but I just remove the cap and shake the product out into the palm of my hand. Easy solution to trying to squeeze the bottle. :)

Listen, this conditioner smells amazing. Very enriching for my dry brittle thin hair. But one thing about this bottle. Blasphemous. When using shampoos or conditioner, you need to be able to use one hand to squeeze out the goods into the other hand. With this bottle. Even two hands squeezing for mercy isn't enough. I have to use both hands to squeeze this stuff out onto my boob and scoop it up to put in my hair before it falls to the drain.

The packaging is bad
I really like this shampoo, (the conditioner less so), but its draw for me was also its fatal flaw. The cute bottles are, as others have mentioned, an absolute nightmare to squeeze product out of. They’re too rigid and I’m worried I’ll end up not being able to get my money’s worth out of it because I just simply can’t access the product. Otherwise, good scent, nice gentle shampoo. Really like it. Just make some adjustments to the packaging, please.
